Derek came over today to repair my ac unit. He was friendly, informative and explained what my options were. He did a great job and made the repair quick.
Derek was incredibly professional. We called on Sunday night and he arrived on Monday morning promptly at the time he said he would. He was very honest and informative about what our unit needed. He walked us through each step that he would take and made sure that all of our questions were answered. I would definitely reccomend his services to everyone.
I was having issues with my AC blowing out hot air. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Derek was honest and kind, and was able to fix my ac the same day. Thank you so much!

This is the second time my a/c has gone out the night before a holiday. Ascent came out late both times and saved us. They are prompt, friendly and honest.
