We had a complete roof replacement done by Ascend Roofing, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
After getting several quotes, Ascend offered the best value, and one of our neighbors highly recommended them after they had completed two roofs for their family. That recommendation gave us confidence, and they definitely lived up to it.
Josue came out to meet with us in person, thoroughly explained the process, and provided a competitive quote. Once the project began, Jose was our main point of contact. He kept us updated throughout the entire job and was always responsive whenever we had questions. The communication from start to finish was excellent.
The roofing crew was professional, respectful of our property, and made sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of each workday. It’s clear they take pride in both their workmanship and customer service.
They also offer great financing options, which made the project much more manageable.
Overall, we’re extremely happy with our new roof and the entire experience. If you’re looking for an honest, family-owned roofing company that provides quality work at a fair price, we highly recommend Ascend Roofing.
