Carlos (owner) and team has been amazing and knowledgeable, Carlos was always there when I needed him (two instances of same day service for leak emergency) and worked fast and hard. Always responded fast and professional.
Ascent Roofing was amazing to work with, from the time they first showed up till the job was completed. Everything was straight to the point, they came and gave a quote, no upselling no "let me talk to the boss and see how much we can lower the price" and got the job done in 2 days which was amazing since I had…
Ascent Roofing did a wonderful job on re-roofing our home. It is a family run business and they have a passion for doing high quality work. They were professional and we highly recommend them.
Amazing customer service. Before and even months after the install! Most recently, I requested if they could come out to inspect the roof after I had solar installed, and to my surprise they came out the next morning. The whole roofing process was stressful enough, but they were extremely patient with us, from…

Great service from initial contact through to completion. Carlos was very communicative with us through the process, as was the crew that was onsite. Very professional job, they even handled some unexpected damage they found in our roof while they were working. Thanks!
The crew was very professional and communicated status updates regularly. They had to work around rainy weather and did an excellent job ensuring the rain would not cause damage or impede their progress
Carlos & Jose are awesome! With all the heavy rain in San Diego, a leak was discovered in my roof. I called 3 different roofing companies, Ascent Roofing was the only company to call me back and come out to do an emergency inspection on my roof. Jose sealed all the vents on the roof & provided recommendations on…
Very friendly and responsive! Thank you for coming out on a rainy day to fix my leaking roof.
When I needed roof work done my good friend gave me number for Alfaro who has Ascent roofing. She used him twice. I was very impressed with his quick response time to all my questions. He had someone come out timely to inspect my roof and give me a quote. The workers came on time and were friendly. They did a…
Carlos’ bid was right in the middle of the six different quotes I received to replace the roof on our new home. He was persistent without being pushy, and ultimately what he offered was in line with our needs; he even included two new vents in our garage roof when I mentioned that we would be converting it into a…
My wife and I are very pleased with our new roof. Ascent Roofing met with me for overall inspection process, plan and schedule to completion. I felt confident after asking many questions and hearing all the answers as required for our solar project. The team was very punctual, honest and they proved integrity and…
Ascent Roofing has been a pleasure to work with, everyone was professional, understanding, and patient. I couldn’t decide on the color, when would be the best time to get the work, should I get the work done. Through it all I felt no pressure and I am thoroughly and completely satisfied with the result. I was…

Everyone was very friendly and did quality work. Respected our home and yard. They went out of their way to make sure…
