We moved from across the state and Ashton was extremely helpful. We were on a time crunch and could not find the house we loved so when we switched gears from buying to renting Ashton was extremely kind and understanding. He helped us find the perfect rental home and we will 100% use him when we plan on buying.

I can’t brag on Ashton enough. He was swift to meet with my husband and I to explore out of town properties, obtain a loan approval letter within 48 hours, guided us through the process of how to reduce our furnishings to present our home to potential buyers beautifully. He is the best negotiator and always had our best interest in mind. We were able to sell our home at full price quickly and take the next steps to launch us toward our dream property. We couldn’t have done it without him.

We had the pleasure of working with Ashton when we were looking for a new home to lease with a baby on the way. As you can imagine, the stress levels were high trying to find the right home and make a decision before the baby arrives! Ashton was truly a dream to work with and gave us the reassurance, guidance, and direction we needed throughout the entire process.
We’ve worked with other realtors in the past when buying and selling homes, and we’ve always felt like we weren’t necessarily a priority. Ashton made us feel like we were his number one priority… and we were just leasing! Even though he obviously had clients that were bigger fish than us, you would have never known it based on the level of professionalism, communication, and commitment he gave us.
He was responsive, honest, gave us his actual opinions (which we really appreciated!), and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home for our family. We never felt like we were bothering him or asking too much, and he made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier.
We will absolutely be working with Ashton again when we’re ready to buy our forever home, and we couldn’t recommend him more!

I had the best experience working with Ashton! I actually found him by chance after driving through a neighborhood and seeing one of his signs. I reached out, and he responded right away.
From that point on, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Ashton was incredibly proactive, solution-oriented, and thorough throughout the entire process. He made finding the perfect home feel so much less stressful and was always available to answer questions and guide me every step of the way.
On top of being an excellent realtor, he's genuinely one of the nicest people you'll meet. I would absolutely work with Ashton again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
