I think I have been extremely patient with them and given them over 6 months or more to fix the problem they created by performing repairs and plumbing without understanding the issue with the pool! I have now spent over $4k to resolve the problem and nothing to show for! The pool and spa are still not working! They…
Call ASP first! Edwin and his team are responsive, efficient, and do amazing work. We needed help opening our pool this year and upgrading our pump. Most of the other local companies refused to help because they only want to inherit an already clean pool. So frustrating. Reece of ASP was out here within a day to…
During the recent freeze in Atlanta over the Christmas weekend, the filter and pipes around our pool equipment burst leaving water flowing in our back yard. Edwin reached out to me immediately to temporarily remedy the situation while finding a solution that would have us up and running asap that mitigated financial…
Thank you for taking care of our pool this summer! The quality of your team is amazing. For years I have had various pool services and you are the most responsive company I have ever had. Turning our pool from choline to salt water for our residents was done so easily because of your team! We so appreciate your service!
Excellent service. On time, professional, and responsive.
I purchased a new home in Atlanta recently. I reached out to ASP of Atlanta who was servicing the pool on a weekly basis for the previous owner. My initial experience with Ivan and Bo was very positive. What made me really happy with ASP was my experience with the service Team. Edwin and Justin have worked their…
ASP is great! Edwin was very kind and knowledgeable - he explained everything to me and I would recommend him and this company!
Replaced my main pump quickly! and with great service
I really cannot tell you how happy we are with ASP ATLANTA! Our tech is Herbie and is THE NICEST GUY EVER! He took the time to give me a full rundown on how my pool works (new pool owner here!) and offered several helpful suggestions to keep the pool in tip-top shape. Herbie shows up on time and does a fantastic job…
Very very professional and responded quickly
My pool heater needed to be replaced so the pros at ASP gave their recommendation and I decided to listen...and man am I glad I did! Edwin went above and beyond the call of duty when he installed a new Jandy heater. It performs even better than advertised plus they didn't nickel and dime me on the install and it was…
Herbie was very helpful in getting my pool all ready to go!
ASP of Atlanta, came out yesterday, and I could already tell that the service was going to be above and beyond of what I was receiving from my previous pool company. I knew that I was going to need a new pool pump. We were hoping that it would have been in by the end of the week, and quite to my surprise it came in…
I highly recommend ASP Atlanta!! I used them for my pool heater installation and will continue to use them for any pool maintenance moving forward. Bo Dosh is our service rep. and he is EXCELLENT! Professional, knowledgeable, honest and they execute great work. Don't waste your time with other flaky pool…
Just wanted to share how pleased we are with our weekly pool cleanings. In particular, with Herbie’s cleaning of our pool and pool deck after the recent storm! We have a heavily wooded area behind our pool and it was a mess. I didn’t expect cleaning to happen the say after the storm but I looked out and saw Herbie…
Danny does a great job maintaining our pool, and is always courteous and helpful!
