From the initial phone call setting up the appointment all the way to when I picked up my car, I knew I came to the right place. Customer service was excellent and I got my car back in no time. My only regret is not knowing about this place sooner. Looking forward to taking my other vehicles here in the future.
THE BEST! Had problem with front tires on our Jaguar - needed replacement and alignment They were able to purchase the 2 tires we wanted - have them installed and aligned promptly at a great price. Did not try to upsell. And JAX is so cute Friendly - the place to go for sure 👍
Out on a road trip and these lovely people helped us so much when our car broke down! Wait is reasonable considering how many people were in! If you are in the area and need help these are the guys to see!

I brought my skid steer wheel to Associated Tire for a brand-new tire installation. Replacing the valve stem during a skid steer tire replacement is standard practice because it's an inexpensive part and a common failure point. It's not something customers typically have to request—it's simply part of doing the job correctly. Unfortunately, the technician reused the old metal valve stem instead of installing a new one. The metal valve stem extends beyond the protective rim guard, defeating the purpose of the guard that's designed to protect it from rocks, debris, and other job site hazards. Anyone familiar with skid steer wheels should recognize that an exposed valve stem is vulnerable to damage and should have been replaced during installation. . . . . . . What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. I've spent thousands of dollars with this business over the years, yet when I brought the issue to their attention, the owner expected me to remove the entire skid steer wheel again and bring it back so the installer could correct a mistake that should have been avoided in the first place. My time is valuable, and I don't believe a long-time customer should have to fix the inconvenience caused by an installation oversight. I had always trusted this shop, but this experience has changed my opinion. I should not have to spend my time, diesel and wear and tear on my vehicles because of an error your employee made. That is part of having good work ethics and taking care of it yourself. Attention to detail and standing behind your work matter, especially when customers have supported your business for years. Based on this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
hi Kyle, I understand the frustration with the situation. some things did not get communicated from you when you dropped off the tire. we maybe do 4 skid steer tires a year? we did our best to get the job done for you as fast as we could because we know you come out of your way to give us the business. The replacement parts for those skid steer tires and wheels arent something we ever really stock or carry. so when you dropped that tire off to us, and didnt mention any issues with the stem, we focused on just getting the tire changed over in a timely manner, to get you back on the road. we are really sorry we lost you as a customer, always enjoyed seeing you, and your pups and catching up about family. hope the stem wasnt too difficult for you to get fixed after all this. take care Kyle.
Honda Odyssey 2013- I had a great experience with Associate Tires and Brakes! I went there because I was having an issue with my rear brakes. Before visiting them, I had already gone to two well-known national brand shops, and both told me that I needed to replace my brake pads and rotors, which would have cost me $700+. When I first called Associate Tires and Brakes, they sounded reasonable and straightforward. After inspecting my brakes, they explained that while my rotors could not be resurfaced, I still had about 50% life left on my brake pads and did not need to replace the rotors immediately. They also assured me that my car was safe to drive. They did point out that I might experience some vibration in the steering, which was helpful to know. I really appreciated their honest assessment and the fact that they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. They saved me both time and money, and I truly value that kind of honesty and integrity. I would 100% recommend Associate Tires and Brakes to anyone who needs help with tires or brakes. Great service and, most importantly, honest advice!
