Assurance Pest Control has serviced our property for a number of years for rodents and insects. They do thorough work. Their team members are always communicative and courteous.
I called Assurance and they sent to folks out the next day. They were polite and found the problem.
Great experience with this company. Worker was respectful and knowledgeable. He explained the process and completed it in a short window of time. It obviously worked because I had lots of squirrels running all over my roof all evening trying to get back their nest. He made sure they had an exit so that none of them…
A squirrel broke through my kitchen window screen to eat avocados and freshly baked brownies that were on the counter. Kyle came over right away! He assessed the situation, searched for any hiding squirrel, set traps in my kitchen just in case and made suggestions to prevent a reoccurrence.
The assurance pest solutions representatives showed up promptly at the time of the appointment addressed. The situation set traps, and I feel confident that everything will be taken care of.
Joe was great. I hear lots of activity in what sounded like critters in my attic. He found I had squirrels nested under my solar panels. He can back quickly and took care of it.
Had several bird's nests removed and professionally sanitized and excluded by Kyle. Jay was great and explained everything thoroughly.
Came in and assessed the work and got it done!
Jay was super friendly and extremely helpful. He arrived right on time, and he very quickly found the rodent body he was dispatched to locate and remove. We are considering switching our regular service to you based on Jay's excellent level of service.
Jay G did a great job explaining things to me and told me things I can do to get the critter out

Fred answered the phone when I called, clearly explained and put me and my wife at ease about the process, and his colleague Joe came out, same day, within the one hour window Fred provided. That was a great start to the experience! Then, it was a pleasure to meet and hang out with Joe, who confirmed that we had a…
We discovered bats in our attic and found Assurance Pest Solutions through the mass.gov website of properly licensed bat removal technicians. Joe came out to inspect our house for possible entry points and pointed them out to us during the entire inspection process. August 1st is the date bat removal is allowed to…
Assurance Pest Solutions sent out a technician (Joe) the next day. This is the third time getting raccoons in the attic. He eliminated the pests in the attic that came thru my soffits and reinforced the soffits so it wouldn't happen again. The raccoons left on their own after he treated the area with something…
I lived in my home for decades without needing an exterminator - or so I thought. When I discovered termites, I selected Assurance because of the professional certification and affiliations of the owner and his staff. I'm glad I did, because since hiring them to (successfully) treat and monitor the problem, I've had…
