A squirrel broke through my kitchen window screen to eat avocados and freshly baked brownies that were on the counter. Kyle came over right away! He assessed the situation, searched for any hiding squirrel, set traps in my kitchen just in case and made suggestions to prevent a reoccurrence.
The assurance pest solutions representatives showed up promptly at the time of the appointment addressed. The situation set traps, and I feel confident that everything will be taken care of.

Had several bird's nests removed and professionally sanitized and excluded by Kyle. Assurance Pest Solutions sent out a technician (Joe) the next day. This is the third time getting raccoons in the attic. We had a family of raccoons take up residence in our attic. My attempts at evicting them with "eviction fluid" failed so had to call in the experts. Brian Jarvis did a super job. I really appreciate the extremely fast response and the clear explanations of what he did along with important info on our visiting raccoons. Absolutely 5 stars.
I think they help to keep the rat population controlled.
