Does anyone know if this store is temporary or permanent closed? I was there yesterday around 6pm and was closed. I have been calling since and no answer. If anyone have any news please. Thank you
Came in another day and it is open. I am happy it is because really want to transfer to ATT.

If you need help with your phone service, go see Ray at Spectrum in Lake Geneva.
I walked into Spectrum today in tears after AT&T refused to help me. My ex is still the only authorized user on our AT&T plan. My son’s phone died and I needed to buy him a new one. Even though I’ve paid the bills myself for 3 years, AT&T would not sell me a phone without my ex physically coming into the store. They offered no solutions. I felt invisible and humiliated.
I walked into Spectrum expecting the same treatment. Instead, I met Ray.
Ray was incredibly kind and compassionate. He listened to my story and took action right away. He helped me pay off my son's phone with AT&T, close that account, and transfer all 4 of our lines to Spectrum. He also removed my ex from the new account with no issue and even lowered our internet bill.
What took AT&T 0 minutes of help, Ray handled with care and expertise. I walked out lighter and happier.
Ray, thank you. You turned a horrible day around.
Ladies, let this be a warning: if you’re on AT&T with a spouse, make sure you’re listed as a primary authorized user. Or you could be left helpless like I was. I was with AT&T for years. I will never go back.
