I expected it to be expensive but it was not. Around $150 after labor to replace a,screen on a $1000 laptop. Not bad, I think it took 3 or 4 days due to parts being shipped. She cleaned the keyboard and screen for us. Thanks!

Two years later (August 2026)--a similar problem with my laptop and the same result: excellent service and suggestions. Surprise: when I wanted to add a tip, I was told: "We don't accept tips for our service--the customer pays only what they are billed for." How often do you experience that nowadays?!

These guys are so good at what they do. I had problems with my gaming PC with a video card issue. They fixed it right up. Also removing malwares. Highly recommend these guys.

Incredible service and very knowledgeable staff!
The hard drive on my laptop had failed and no matter what I did I couldn’t access any of my files.
But Katie was able to recover SOOO many files, documents and photos that I thought I had lost forever.
