Waited over two months to be called in for my battery repair. Every time I called I was told we will call you back and never did. I ended up traveling with a phone that could not hold charge. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I stopped in at Ubreakifix on Milton Ave and Deion was happy to hear my issues and provide prompt help to fix them! I was in and out of the store in a short amount of time and was able to get my phone back to good as new!! Thank you! I will be back with any future problems.

I had a very understanding experience at Ubreakifix of Janesville, WI. My phone was in need of much repair (it had been nearly decimated.) The staff was very conscientious and helped me to get back on my feet phone-wise by offering clear options, that they fully explained. The staff is very knowledgeable here.

Took a phone in for screen repair, was told it would take 3-5 days to have a new screen shipped and the phone will be repaired and ready for pickup within a week. 10 days later and the phone still hasn't been repaired yet.
