Poor communication, they tell you one price then try to get you to pay more and then pretend it was a mistake. They were supposed to come yesterday for a follow up appointment but nobody showed up and no response via phone or text.
Our tech Andy was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He made a stressful situation feel so so much easier. The company had great communication and quick follow up!

I have been working with Atco for my father's house for 6 months. I contracted with them for rodent exclusion in the basement. They did an inspection, some mitigation repairs and set traps. Months later mice were still being trapped in the vacant house. There have now been 3 inspections, multiple visits to empty…
Avoid these people at all cost and don’t trust online reviews — they lure customers to leave positive ones (see screenshot). They have no clue how to manage vermin. Hired to get rid of heavy vole infestation in my garden and they caught 1 (one!) in 4 months… $750 install + $160/month, you do the math if they are…
technician was on time and very professional. for rodent trapping i think they didn't do anything someone could not do themself: wooden spring traps with peanut butter. they did spent a lot of time mapping the house and came up with a $3500 solution, again something that everyone could do themself for $100-$150.
