Easy to get ahold of. They came next day and were on time. They also took the time to walk me through the service details.
I contacted Atco and they were quite response. Omar came out to our house and did a thorough inspection. They charge $295 for the visit which lasted about an hour. The follow up is another story. They have been sending me bids for follow up work. This includes cleanup of rat droppings which is our main problem.…

Andy was very courteous and knowledgeable. He treated inside and out to control an ant issue I’ve had for a while in one particular area of my 3 level townhome. He was clear and walked me through the process and what to expect afterwards. I’m hopeful this extra level of control will do the trick.

Poor communication, they tell you one price then try to get you to pay more and then pretend it was a mistake. They were supposed to come yesterday for a follow up appointment but nobody showed up and no response via phone or text.

I contacted Atco and they were quite response. Omar came out to our house and did a thorough inspection. They charge $295 for the visit which lasted about an hour. The follow up is another story. They have been sending me bids for follow up work. This includes cleanup of rat droppings which is our main problem. I did the cleanup myself and it took me about 15 minutes of work. Their bid for this work amounts to $675. I would consider that to be an excessive amount. Have called their office to ask about their pricing and was told that their estimate was for a four hour job. How is it that I could accomplish the same task in 15 minutes. They are clearly grossly overpriced. Buyer beware.
Andrew, I'm sorry the experience did not meet your expectations. Our GPS logs show Omar was on site from 12:43-2:42PM, nearly two full hours, and 14 minutes longer than he was scheduled to be. I have reviewed the cleanup proposal you are referring to, and it's clear to me that what Omar recommended was all valid and represents much more than 15 minutes of labor, so I believe there may be some discrepancies between the vacuuming you performed and our proposal. ATCO has been extremely easy to work with, with responsive, helpful employees at every step along the way. Joel's initial termite inspection was incredibly thorough. He took his time and checked every room in my house, plus the attic and foundation. He listened to my concerns attentively and came up with a multi-pronged treatment plan. A week later, Jacob came out to do the treatment. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and like Joel, he did not rush through the process. He worked efficiently and neatly, cheerfully answering my questions; I appreciated his care in leaving my home and yard in good condition (no damage to plants or items). I feel confident in his efforts, and am hopeful that my termites are finally managed.
