Jedediah masterfully set the stage for an epic rat battle. He explained everything with knowledge, wisdom, and a care that only comes with hard…
I had an outstanding experience with Advanced IPM, especially with their inspector, Jedidiah. He was genuinely one of the most helpful people I’ve ever worked with. He was honest, thoughtful, professional, and truly kind. I genuinely enjoyed meeting him and appreciated the care and integrity he brought to his work.
What stood out most was his honesty in explaining that the home didn’t require any serious remediation, just routine upkeep. His transparency and willingness to provide an honest assessment gave me tremendous peace of mind.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Advanced IPM. It’s refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about their customers and prioritize doing what’s right. I will absolutely be using Advanced IPM for my pest control needs going forward, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional team. Thank you, Jedidiah, for such a wonderful experience!

For the initial inspection, Jedediah showed up on time and clearly explained his findings. A few days later I asked him to come back and answer a couple of questions, which he did willingly and promptly.
Jeff was aactually early for the actual treatment. (He let us know that he was going to be early.) He did a thorough job. Only time will tell whether it works, but we're very satisfied with the work done.
