ATCO Pest Control

Poor communication, they tell you one price then try to get you to pay more and then pretend it was a mistake. They were supposed to come yesterday for a follow up appointment but nobody showed up and no response via phone or text.

Our tech Andy was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He made a stressful situation feel so so much easier. The company had great communication and quick follow up!

Effortless service happens every month from ATCO

I have been working with Atco for my father's house for 6 months. I contracted with them for rodent exclusion in the basement. They did an inspection, some mitigation repairs and set traps. Months later mice were still being trapped in the vacant house. There have now been 3 inspections, multiple visits to empty… Read full review

Avoid these people at all cost and don’t trust online reviews — they lure customers to leave positive ones (see screenshot). They have no clue how to manage vermin. Hired to get rid of heavy vole infestation in my garden and they caught 1 (one!) in 4 months… $750 install + $160/month, you do the math if they are… Read full review

technician was on time and very professional. for rodent trapping i think they didn't do anything someone could not do themself: wooden spring traps with peanut butter. they did spent a lot of time mapping the house and came up with a $3500 solution, again something that everyone could do themself for $100-$150.

Great work, great communication. Love that Ian returned a year later, knows my property and always has great suggestions.

ATCO is amazing, they show up on time do what they say and the service technician especially Paul make trying to get rodents under control enjoyable.

Great service, very thorough. A very pleasant professional with a great smile in spite of the heat.

Customer focused transaction.

Ian was fabulous. Professional, answered all questions, went beyond the expected to help us understand all options and possibilities; and process problem solving ideas.

Very friendly and informative

Max was extremely professional and personable. He explained the issues at hand and what he did to remedy the situation. I appreciate his hard work.

Arrived on time and very pleasant. Tim gave me alot of information that hadn't been shared before which I appreciated.

Excellent job

Paul was very professional…he was on time and rebaited all the traps as needed. He also checked the surrounding area of any evidence of rodent activity! Hope I can have him assigned as my regular tech !

The ATCO rep that showed up to my house was great. On time, super informative, very professional and friendly. I also felt like the value was there for the service he provided. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pest service.

Excellent company, very professional. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Everyone was professional and knowledgeable

Randy is an absolute gem! He is a great guy, goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is efficient, brave :) , and an all around awesome guy. Highly recommend him and the company!

They asked me to sign on their handheld screen BEFORE inspecting my property, claiming that it was just to indicate that they were at my house. Fair enough, I signed it. Little did I know that this was not just to verify that they showed up, but instead it was confirming that I was accepting $236.25 service bill. I… Read full review

David at ATCO was a pleasure to deal with! He was respectful, thorough and thoughtful and took time to explain my rodent situation to me and my options and answer my myriad of questions! I would certainly use his service again.

Jim from ATCO is exceptional. He goes above and beyond, besides being timely, efficient and professional. During a scare at the house, he walked the entire property with me to make sure I was safe. A quality human being. Beyond 5 stars. Give that man a raise for his work! :)

Very detailed investigation to the rodent intrusion followed by immediate resolution of the infestation. Followed covid protocol and made us feel safe.

I am very pleased with my new pest control services at my new home! Atco offers great services with affordable pricing. I highly recommend Atco!

We are really happy with ATCO Pest Control — it’s been great 3 years. We do regular safe spraying for spiders (we live around a lot of trees) and occasionally we’ll have an ant situation that they take care of quickly and effectively. We’re truly so grateful for our regular pest control superhero: Tim who keeps our home clean of creepers!

Have had reliable and consistent service. Jason is courteous, on time, reliable and does the necessary work each visit. I have retained this service for over a year for rodent control because of street and other construction that has caused the problem.

David did an incredible job getting to the bottom of our rodent problem in the house. He left no stone unturned. He discovered openings that I was totally unaware of and developed a strategy for both eliminating the current rodents, but for prevention of future issues. He spent almost 4 hours, and didn't give up… Read full review

My technician was professional and cordial. I will definitely use ATCO for any future needs.

My experience with ATCO up to this point has been scheduling the initial inspection. While I have yet to meet anybody from ATCO, I have have the most positive experience with your New business rep, Karen, who certainly is a wonderful window too what I'm confident will prove most positive. In the latter part of 2020… Read full review

A high-quality experience. We recommend ATCO for pest control. My sister, who is a Realtor in Marin for over 25 years recommended this pest control service to me. David Dippe of ATCO phoned us before arrival to let the us know, (owner and me, the housemate) that he was on his way. When he arrived, he was prompt,… Read full review

Atco responded quickly to our request for service with a next morning appointment. David was friendly, professional and knowledgeable on this initial visit. Traps were set and recommendations were made. Only time will tell if we make a dent in the rodent population.
