Poor communication, they tell you one price then try to get you to pay more and then pretend it was a mistake. They were supposed to come yesterday for a follow up appointment but nobody showed up and no response via phone or text.
Our tech Andy was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He made a stressful situation feel so so much easier. The company had great communication and quick follow up!

technician was on time and very professional. for rodent trapping i think they didn't do anything someone could not do themself: wooden spring traps with peanut butter. they did spent a lot of time mapping the house and came up with a $3500 solution, again something that everyone could do themself for $100-$150.

We are really happy with ATCO Pest Control — it’s been great 3 years. We do regular safe spraying for spiders (we live around a lot of trees) and occasionally we’ll have an ant situation that they take care of quickly and effectively. My concern was mainly a bird problem. David not only checked that ( with pictures) but with me did a whole tour of the outside of the house checking possible problems or areas that could be compromised by insects/animals.
