Customers frequently praise the shop for its punctuality, clear communication, and fair pricing, noting that staff members provide detailed explanations of services like paint protection film, ceramic coatings, and tinting. The team is described as knowledgeable and professional, often going above and beyond to ensure vehicles are returned in excellent condition. However, a small number of reviews criticize the business for unclear pricing estimates and instances where promised completion times were missed, resulting in vehicles being returned with visible dirt or debris.

Just got ppf here on parts of the exterior and interior. So far happy with the results, they did a great job. I would definitely recommend. They are professional and prices are fair. Im a auto detailing enthusiast, and they took the time to talk to me and answer many of questions about products. Another thing i like is that they actually do testing on products to figure out what is best. Ill be back for sure. Nice facility also. Great place
Thank you, Cory! It was a pleasure working on the Audi with you! Looking forward to having you come by for some polishing/paint correction discussion. As always feel free to reach out about any products you may want some info on!
James and his crew at Atlanta Auto Aesthetics are an absolute treat to work with. From initial consultation to the first meet and greet the experience was professional and informative. James won't try talking you into anything that he doesn't really think you'll benefit from and even talked me out of some things I thought I needed. Communication and scheduling was a breeze to arrange and getting progress pictures along the way made me feel more and more excited to see the end result - which I was blown away by. Cannot recommend them enough! They'll take good care of you and make sure you come away feeling more educated about the process and products. We're going to get another car wrapped with them within the next month or two!
Thank you so much Mike! It was a pleasure working with you on the full satin PPF for the Tesla Y - She looks KILLER! Excited to work with you again on your wife's new vehicle!
Loved James! He was super helpful with everything, had lots of patients and knowledge on everything I asked. I got tinting done on all my windows and they did a fantastic job. No complaints and will come back for future cars!
Thank you so much, Aayushi! It was a pleasure working with you and the family on the BMW window tint! Looking forward to working together again in the future!
Recently had a 997 serviced here. Had PPF removed, paint corrected, and ceramic. The results were fantastic. The car shined like it was brand new from the factory. This says alot given the car is 17yrs old and is black paint. The team were super helpful, easy to work with, and patient with questions and scenarios A vs B, and just plain friendly. The staff knew their stuff and took ownership of the whole process. Bringing in my next car in month for the same service but with PPF install and some interior work. Highly recommend. UPDATE: had a second vehicle go thru their treatment 2months after the first. Paint correction, PPF, ceramic. A daily driven truck, parked outside 24/7, bugs, tree sap, black gunk in drain areas, mud/dirt in wheel wells. ALL FIXED. They made the paint better than when I bought it. Black trim got blacker. Piano black trim came out brand new. Interior trim got cleaned very well. Got into crevices I didn’t even think about, door hinges got cleaned, gas fill door. Amazing detail. Paint is slick. PPF is invisible, straight, not lifting. I’m super happy. Will be back as new parts come in for my cars.
Thank you Albert! Was a pleasure working with you on dialing-in the 997! You're welcome to come by anytime, and we look forward to working on the next vehicle with you!
