Hector stayed in touch the whole time and still picked us up and drove us to our destination when we finally made it. Super quality customer service

One Hit and One Big Miss
This is a very inconsistent limo service. My wife picked this service after online research. It appeared to be a reliable company even after she called to get some questions answered. Our pickup at Atlanta-Hartsfield went perfectly. The late model full size SUV was immaculately clean and had room for three adults and three pieces of luggage. The driver was extremely courteous and was an excellent driver, making us feel very safe on the Atlanta highways!
The return trip to the airport was the complete opposite. The driver showed up in a Cadillac CT-4 or CT-5 which is considered a compact vehicle. It was not big enough for three adults with luggage. The problems began immediately as the driver literally threw our first two pieces of luggage into the trunk. Then he took the third piece of luggage and tried jamming it in the trunk on top of the other two. My husband had to intervene and rotate the first two pieces so that the third piece could fit well enough to get the trunk lid closed.
For the three of us to fit in the car my husband had to ride up front with the driver. To do so he had to move the seat back enough for him to get in. Apparently the driver thought we would all three sit in the back seat.
Then the fun began. On the ride back to the airport the driver seemed to think he was in some kind of race. Although my husband told him multiple times we were not in a hurry and had plenty of time he persisted in driving fast, making multiple lane changes, and tailgating the cars in front of us so close that we all became stressed. This ride was the complete opposite to the first experience. The result is that we will never use this company again.

For your arrival, we provided a complimentary upgrade to a full-size SUV at no additional charge. For your return trip on October 17th, we provided a Cadillac XTS, a full-size luxury sedan commonly used for executive transportation, consistent with your original reservation. We understand that the complimentary upgrade may have created different expectations for your return trip, and we regret the disappointment this caused. Regarding your concerns about the driver’s conduct, passenger safety is our highest priority. We personally addressed your concerns with the chauffeur, who has been a valued member of our team since 2014. While his account of the trip differs, we take your feedback seriously. As a single woman traveling alone, I appreciated the messages that included the drivers name, vehicle type and plate number. The car was clean and comfortable. The drive was smooth and I arrived safely. I booked a return trip, with an additional passenger, and the trip was equally comfortable. As we have family remaining in the area, we will definitely use Elite Limo again for our return trips. I can’t thank them enough for getting me home safely after so many flight delays.
