Always on time and always email us a confirmation in advance which includes details re: airport pick up arrangement. Drivers are excellent and cars are always clean and well maintained. He left my young kid on the curb with our bags while I ran in to get a cart to carry the bags. In addition, he drove crazy fast in the rain and just cared about getting to his next ride. Horrible……

We used Northern Arc Executive Car Service for the first time back in 2014....I’ve kept their number in my contacts and their card in my wallet ever since. Wouldn’t call anyone else! Very reliable and nice people. This is the kind of company you feel good giving your business to. Definitely worth it!

He called me as my plane landed and talked me through where to meet him. His companionship, kindness, and expertise driving in traffic as well as on rural roads was excellent. I will absolutely request to use this company and Brian in future trips.

Review from Google · view on GoogleMaking a reservation and the follow up from Salim was smooth and excellent! The driver arrived early and at the right location for our reservation and was incredibly helpful with us getting the limo loaded with our cooler of drinks. They also provided glassware, ice, water, and disposable cups. Unfortunately, there was not really an explanation of the other features in the limo. We did not know there was a trashcan, how to really operate the heat / AC, or that there was an entire container full of remotes to control the TVs and the radio. There was not really an explanation of the features for us (almost all of my group were first time limo riders). The most disappointing thing for me was the music situation. However ... I asked if there was a way for us to play music in the back of the limo and was advised that there was, but apparently only through the radio. There is no Bluetooth available to play music through your phone, nor did the AUX cable work (we stopped and got one at Walgreen's). Neither the driver nor Salim knew how to play music out of the back of the limo. This was really a bummer because in a bachelorette party, all we really wanted to do was play some music and dance around in the back. While the driver was courteous, some of his motions while driving were not quite as smooth and were a little "jerky" and felt too fast to us in the back. This is not the normal limo service I use, but my traditional provider had suspended service due to COVID. The driver did wear a mask, but we were not required to wear them in the back. He waited patiently for us as we completed our activities. Overall, I'm not 100% certain I would use them again. A lot of the features in the limo are dated for 2021, but it served the purpose for what we needed last night.
