Is Atlanta Metro Roofing any good?

We recently had to replace our entire roof due to damage. Atlanta Metro Roofing was phenomenal the entire way. From the initial inspection with Leo to talking over the finances with Brett, AMR made the process as painless as possible. They were communicating with us every step along the way and helped us get a roof…

Excellent results, no hassles, excellent work, great customer service and help.

Right from the start with the first phone call with Brett everything was a breeze and he was very detailed and extremely professional. I knew what to expect and he even followed up the day of my appointment to remind me and make sure that I didn't have any more questions for him. He has been so pleasant through my…

I was very impressed with this company. Atlanta Metro Roofing responded immediately to my request for an inspection. The inspector arrived on time (in fact early) and went right to work surveying my damage. Shari, the company owner, was extremely helpful in helping us determine the most economical route to take in…

They were on time. They found a leak that 3 other company’s could not find. Fixed the sheet rock & ceiling. Matched paint perfectly. Even patched some blemishes in my walls. I will hire them again in the future. Photos don’t match, but paint did.

My husband and I used Atlanta Metro Roofing to replace our roof. They worked above and beyond with our insurance provider to make sure that the replacement was covered. Our provider, Allstate, initially declined the coverage but Shari with AMR encouraged us to try again and she fought hard on our behalf to make it…

Atlanta Metro Roofing did a great job. They were very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry. They immediately made an appointment for later in the week and Leo and his time arrived promptly to do the repair and were very professional. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend them should you…

While Leo @ AMR was repairing my neighbor’s roof, he noticed some rotted damaged fascia on my 2nd story roof. He informed my neighbor who let me know and I reached out to Shari @ AMR. Leo came out the same week to provide a very fair estimate to repair the damaged facia along my roof line. Leo and his team made…

Our old roof was a mess. We had a problem area where water would stand. They studied the situation and built a large cricket structure that solved the problem. After stripping our shingles it was discovered that we had 20 sheets of rotten plywood underneath. They replaced them all. We had a gutter damaged during the…

Without a doubt, AMR goes above and beyond with everything they do. They did an excellent job educating us in what was needed, what the best product for our situation was, and how everything would proceed. They even worked with our insurance company, as it was a hail damage claim, to make sure everything was…

We enjoyed working with Atlanta Metro Roofing. They were professional and worked with our insurance. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had them replace my roof back in 2019 and I am finally remembering to write this review! Everyone I spoke with/dealt with was extremely kind and professional from the start. Shari is a straight shooter and I appreciated that. She won't BS you and she won't…

I was very pleased with every aspect a new roof installed by Atlanta Metro roofing and dealing with Shari Zippay. From the very first roof inspection to the actual work by her crew, they came in at seven in the morning and were done at 7 PM that afternoon cleaned up, checking for mail drops, very efficient operation.

AMR was honest in their pricing. We had 3 other roofers give estimates and they were outrageously overpriced according to costs of roofing for our area. AMR is extremely easy to work with. They were an incredible help in dealing & meeting with our insurance company. They require no money upfront, show up on time,…

Finding an honest, dependable, and knowledgeable roofer is a difficult task. I struck GOLD when I chose Atlanta Metro Roofing, LLC to replace and install my roof. They were and are very knowledgeable, dependable, honest, fair, and professional. Let’s not forget punctual and courteous. Their work crew was attentive…

First class company, First class crew, easy to work with- would highly recommend!

Shari was very responsive in helping us find out what was going on with our attic and roof with water damage. Leo came out the next day and it was fixed a couple days later. Leo was on time, professional, helpful and thorough.

AMR did a wonderful job replacing our roof. Shari was very helpful with insurance company and was always available to answer any questions. All aspects of the job were done as we were told with no delays. Installation crew started at 7 AM and went none stop until the work was complete. Also can't forget Tom that did…

What a wonderful experience with Atlanta Metro Roofing LLC! I highly recommend them to everybody, including my friends! My house is at Lawrenceville, GA. When I noticed several neighbors were replacing their roofs, I contacted one of the roofing companies (not Atlanta Metro Roofing) on the street. It turned out to…
