Customers frequently praise the studio for its friendly atmosphere, patient interaction with children, and creative themed sessions like enchanted fairies. Reviewers highlight the professional demeanor of the staff and the enjoyment of the photo experience. However, lower-rated feedback indicates dissatisfaction with the pricing structure, specifically citing high costs for digital packages and a lack of clear upfront information regarding expenses before the session concludes.
