I needed three boots replaced. Another company quoted a price that I thought was absolutely insane. I contacted Atlanta Roofing Specialists and was quoted a rate that was very reasonable. The office staff was very courteous and helped schedule a time that fit my need. The repair team arrived on time, did a…
relaced my skylight and made some repairs to my roof (rodent issues). Clean work and great crew. Josh is excellent
Excellent job, highly recommend this company, took 2 projects to fix the leak
I recently reached out to Atlanta Roofing Specialists after noticing signs of a potential leak in my home. David Bishop came out to assess the situation, and from the moment he arrived, he was professional, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping me understand what was going on. What really stood out was his…
Hired them in November 2025 to repair a leak. The roof is still leaking in the exact same spot. After 4+ phone calls trying to get them to make it right, they refused to honor the repair under warranty. Apparently, their warranty only covers "workmanship," not the actual leak, and their contract allows them to…
David Bishop did an excellent job inspecting our damaged roof. He took the time to clearly explain each issue he found and provided a detailed quote based on his recommendations. David also reviewed color samples with us, which was very helpful. He never rushed the process and made sure to break down every line…
Great experience with Castle Roofing. Very fair price and great service. 5/5 would definitely recommend.
I am a realtor and Atlanta Roofing is my go to roofing company. They are always helping me and my clients with any roof questions or issues that come up on inspections. They also inspect roofs for my listings before we got to market. The team is not alarmist and they never try to up-sell me or my clients. Very…
Perfect technology.
ATL Roofing fixed my leak issue around the chimney and a boot vent. They cleaned up when they finished. I would recommend them for a new roof or repairs.
Had roof done by ARS about 16 years ago. Brad has now taken over for his dad. Had roof estimates from others well known in the industry and was shocked. Decided to call ARS, glad I did. Brad was straight forward, no pressure and competively priced, showed up on time, professional and a pleasure to do business with.…
Atlanta Roofing dud an outstanding job on our roof repair. They came and did the repairs quickly and professionally.
This is the third time I’ve used this company to inspect and repair my roof. Mark Rutherford is very thorough and makes pragmatic recommendations to maintain the integrity of the roof and to achieve its full expected lifespan. He doesn’t try to pressure his customers into buying a new roof. The prices are very…
I could not be happier with Atlanta Roofing Specialists! They did a great job with Roof repair, rotten wood repair and gutter installation. Have them do annual inspections of the roof to increase lifespan.
If repeated business isn’t enough of an endorsement, I don’t know what is. I’ve had 3 different houses with roofing needs — two leaks that they took care of quickly, and one from selling our home for items the buyers inspector found that needed to be fixed. Couldn’t recommend a better company to work with. Yet…
Atlanta Roofing Specialist provided a free roof inspection and determined that we did not need a full roof replacement, just several shingles due to high winds. The repair cost was very reasonable and completed timely. Communication was excellent and all staff were very professional. I plan to use Atlanta Roofing…
Great service! I recommend Sonny and crew highly!
These are great people to deal with. Friendly, honest, and ultimately good at what they do. I would highly recommend to anyone.
I wished i had found Atlanta Roofing Specialists (ARS) first when replacing my roof. I needed repairs that exceeded the typical remove/replace roofing vendor's abilities. Sadly the vendor I hired just completed reskinning my roof without stopping to let me address the structural repairs needed, and worse, covered…
Choose this company.I had rookfleaks from a bad installation. During the quote Rictor fixed one of the leaks before I agreed to the quote. I was so impressed I called immediately to schedule the installation. The process was so smooth from beginning to end. Jamie and Haley in the office are wonderful. Any time…
