I had to replace 2 roofs and they did a great job! The crew was friendly and thorough. They gave me regular updates throughout the process. If you're needing a new roof give them a call.
Quality service. They nail each shingle instead of using staples. After complete, the owner did a follow-up inspection. He spotted something that was not perfect and had his crew come back to fix.
Roof install went very well and quick. Manual hammering of nails was done instead of a nail gun.
We had a fantastic experience with Atlanta Roofing and highly recommend them! From start to finish, they did everything they said they would do. They were incredibly helpful in helping us choose the right shingle color, even giving us several homes in our area where we could see the different options in person.…
Atlanta Roofing Specialists did a fantastic job on our roof. They were fast and professional keeping me informed the entire process. The price was reasonable and there were no flashy sales pitches and wasted time. Would definitely use them again
We had our 21 year old 3 tab shingle roof replaced with 42 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ shingles on 5/11/26. The entire process has been professional from salesperson, office staff, on-site foreman, installation crew thru final inspection. ARS covers all the basics from start to finish plus they are veteran owned…
Great job on a new roof; easy to work with. The job took quite a bit longer than they estimated (at several stages), but not enough to knock them down to 4 stars. ;)
Atlanta Roofing Specialists came highly recommended by my neighbor, who had recently replaced his roof. After seeing the quality of their work firsthand, I decided to include them in the bidding process, and I'm glad I did. Out of all the quotes we received, theirs was by far the most detailed and transparent, with…
Great price, excellent work, fantastic warranty, and courteous work crews. After having 2 roofs replaced in Florida after hurricanes Irma and Ian, it was so nice to have a proficient roofing company. They finished the whole job in one day and even came back a few weeks later just to re-inspect the entire roof and…
You won’t find a better company. Mark Rutherford is experienced and very knowledgable. Atlanta Roofing installed our roof 16 years ago. We recently had a request for a roof inspection from our insurance company. Mark answered all of their questions concerning roof replacement and they were satisfied. Mark was honest…
David Bishop did an excellent job inspecting our damaged roof. He took the time to clearly explain each issue he found and provided a detailed quote based on his recommendations. David also reviewed color samples with us, which was very helpful. He never rushed the process and made sure to break down every line…
This was our second full roof replacement due to hail and we trusted both jobs to ARS because of their stellar reputation and Master Elite status with GAF. In the second generation of this family business, Brad King was there for us throughout, with Jamie and Haley in the office, Tereso the installation lead, and…
Atlanta roofing is a very efficient company with great people who really take care clients’s properties as their own. David provided great knowledge and service to us on replacing top quality roofs and did a wonderful job. We appreciate Atlanta roofing for improving our home.
We had a great experience with Atlanta Roofing Specialists. New roof installed and the house looks amazing! Awesome customer service and support, from the salesman (Rictor), to the crew and the Supervisor (Ian). All our concerns were addressed and resolved. We would highly recommend this company.
We have had countless roof salesmen knock on our door since our roof was visibly getting old, and I’m glad we ended up going with ARC. They explained everything thoroughly, we had a good feeling about them, and Caden did a great job working with my insurance to get it approved, which I was nervous about. He was…
A 5 Star Rating was provided to Atlanta Roofing Specialists for the installation of Certainteed roof singles on both my house and shed. This company with over 30 years experience was able to provide an overall positive experience related to the process of roofing sales through installation as demonstrated by their…
Great company! Answered all my questions and helped me make selections that met my needs. Installation team were prompt and hard working. Daily supervisor inspections kept me informed as to status. Superior communications between install teams, management and me (the customer). Highly recommend Atlanta Roofing Specialists for all roofing needs.
Cannot be happier with the results! Extremely professional, efficient and clean. They followed up with an inspection making sure everything was done correctly and was outta there. Love em.
When we discovered our roof was just completely worn out after 20 years, we found Atlanta Roofing Specialist through a google search. They were quick to get us a quote for a replacement and we set up a date and time for the new roof to be installed. They prepared us ahead of time for what the work entailed and they…
Atlanta Roofing Specialists did an excellent and professional job in completing our reroofing project in a timely manner and at a reasonable price as compared to several other options. I'd also like to thank everyone with whom I dealt with, whether in person or by phone, for outstanding service including Rictor,…

I am a realtor and Atlanta Roofing is my go to roofing company. They are always helping me and my clients with any roof questions or issues that come up on inspections. They also inspect roofs for my listings before we got to market. The team is not alarmist and they never try to up-sell me or my clients. Very…
Very professional and efficient. Replaced entire roof and gutters. Whole job took less than two days.
Perfect technology.
My experience with this company is always amazing. Highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs.
They did an excellent job of reroofing my home. They did it correctly. They did everything they said. I am a happy customer.
Our experience with Atlanta Roofing was stellar. Great work at a fair price and it was done efficiently!
Everything was fabulous. Everyone was very helpful and responsive. The crew was great and even worked around our needs with our crazy dogs and making sure our gates were secure. Would highly recommend Atlanta Roofing Specialists to anyone who needs a new roof or roofing repairs!
Atlanta Roofing Specialists did an outstanding job in installing a new roof. Communication was excellent and the quality of work was commendable.
Exception communication, knowledge, service and results. We appreciate they are local to us and family owned. We have a flat roof, and they knew how to manage. We would highly recommend.
The highest Professional quality service you can depend on. Would definitely recommend this company and job Forman Ian Howard. Already recommended neighbor who had their roof finished last week. This is roofing at its finest. Best in Atlanta and surround areas.
Other roofers used scare tactics to get me to "act now." Atlanta Roofing Specialists was honest and straightforward about the condition of my roof and the timing for a new one. They also beat the scary guy's price by almost 50%. When replacement time came, they were on-time to start and finish, and did a…
Excellent experience throughout entire process. On time, stayed within budget quoted, solid cleanup at end. No complaints
Atlanta Roofing Specialists are our go to roof, gutter, construction resource. They are expert, incredibly responsive and helpful. And they are always reasonably and fairly priced.
I received lots of estimates from roofing companies. I did my research. I chose Atlanta Roofing Specialists to tear off and replace a BitMod roof in a neighborhood with mid-century modern homes. They also installed 3 new skylights with motorized shades and new gutters/guards. They replaced the damaged tongue and…
The guys ProRoofing did a great job installing my roof a couple of years ago. I have had a couple minor incidents storm damage since then, and they have come back and repaired them at no cost. They stand behind their work and have been very helpful!
They did a great job. Roof looks good and they cleaned everything up afterwards. I liked that they use a trailer with wheels so there were not any drag marks on the driveway from a metal dumpster. The materials they used are also a better quality then I have seen other roofers use. They used all metal roof vents and not the rubber kind.
Overall great experience with ARS on the re-roof of my 17-year old previous roof. Two key reasons: Brad King and crew lead Tereso. Brad very helpful on front end of project making sure the level of detail I sought (& I am unashamedly a detail oriented guy) was both in the contract and most importantly on the roof.…
Hello ! My name is Donna McFadden. Atlanta Roofing Specialists are " Number One with a Bullet ". Great crew, very efficient. Very sharp customer service staff. Rictor came to my home to do the quote and sat down with me to go over all the details. The men who replaced my roof hold a high regard for their…
Atlanta Roofing Specialists originally roofed this house 25+ years ago. They were recommended by our insurance company (after a major hail storm) as being the least problematic roofer they'd ever dealt with. Needless to say we have used them over the years on our home and commercial properties without any issues,…
Daniel and the staff at Atlanta Roofing were professional and courteous. Good old fashion customer service>
Atlanta Roofing Specialist (ARS) were professional from start finish. Our initial quote included a 45-minute physical inspection of our roof to determine the condition and to look for any weather damage which might enable an insurance claim. ARS left roof tile samples and provided more samples upon our request. We…
Everything from the estimate to job completion was excellent. The crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend the company.
From beginning to end I was pleased. Rictor V. contacted me with estimate of roof replacement after inspection, explained the difference in materials and the method ATLANTA ROOFING SPECIALISTS uses to replace roofs. The end result is beautiful!!! No more flying shingles!!!
Atlanta Roofing is truly dedicated to accommodating your needs. They care about their customers and each person I encountered was friendly and professional. From my first meeting with Kevin who answered all of my questions to Haley who was kind enough to have materials/dumpster arrive day of the replacement due to…
From the bid process through the final inspection for the completed work, Atlanta Roofing was fantastic. Because I would use them again, I would recommend them to family and friends needing roofing concerns. Keep up the marvelous work!!!
Excellent professional service. Would recommend to anyone.
Trust these guys. A very fair price, excellent installation, perfect clean up. David Bishop and the entire team know their business and went “above and beyond.”
We are extremely pleased with our roof installation. David, ARS representative, explained in detail every aspect of the project. He worked with us after we received two other estimates so that we felt we were getting a fair price. The workmanship was exceptional. Cleanup was done remarkably well. We wholeheartedly…
This was seriously the most outstanding company. I’ve never seen a company so on top of everything and the team were so unbelievably hard working it was incredible to watch them. A fantastic experience you don’t need to look elsewhere!
Atlanta Roofing Specialists did a great job! Fast, top quality work, and excellent clean up. Julio, Sonny, and David Bishop were excellent and communicated well through the whole process.
I was absolutely thrilled with the professionalism I experienced working with David, Sonny and Julio. 2 years ago I had the team access my roof for damage. I was prepared to replace my roof at that point, but was advised by David that it could be repaired and that I had 2 or 3 years before I needed to replace my…
Great service! I recommend Sonny and crew highly!
Bear with me while I tell this complicated story. Right before Christmas 2022, we determined we needed a new roof. We called 5 different Atlanta roofing companies. David Bishop from Atlanta Roofing Specialists came out and gave us a quote. They weren’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive either. We had…
Rictor, Trey and the installation team were excellent. Very thorough, on time, and neat. Quality work and excellent communication. Overall, extremely positive experience. Thank you!
We had some wind damage to our roof and our insurance company said we could replace it. We called three companies for quotes and American Roofing Specialists sent a presentative right away. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. They were able to schedule our roof replacement within two weeks of…
I wished i had found Atlanta Roofing Specialists (ARS) first when replacing my roof. I needed repairs that exceeded the typical remove/replace roofing vendor's abilities. Sadly the vendor I hired just completed reskinning my roof without stopping to let me address the structural repairs needed, and worse, covered…
Choose this company.I had rookfleaks from a bad installation. During the quote Rictor fixed one of the leaks before I agreed to the quote. I was so impressed I called immediately to schedule the installation. The process was so smooth from beginning to end. Jamie and Haley in the office are wonderful. Any time…
Our church used this company many years ago so when the parsonage was due a new roof, I called them again. Same professional company. Highly recommend them.
Great communication, great price, excellent job, very professional! Would definitely use again !!!
Atlanta Roofing Specialists did an excellent job in replacing my roof, skylights, and gutters. David Bishop came out and did a thorough roof inspection and quote. The workers showed up on time, acted professionally, and did an excellent job. Some extra work had to be done on the decking, which was rotting in places.…
The entire team worked extremely well together from the office to the crew. Everyone was professional and responsive and always on time. They replaced our entire roof including the decking and the skylights in only four days and they were able to get it flat (it used to be pretty wavy)! They also were able to…
I highly recommend Atlanta Roofing Specialists. We have replaced 3 roofs over the years, and this was by far the best experience. They are the only roofers who actually walked our roof to see any damage we had. The others sent drones, which cannot possibly see detailed damage from the air. And ARF found damage none…
After a bad experience with another roofing company, i called Atlanta Roofing Specialists. Rictor came out gave me a quote on roof replacement and due to his knowledge and professionalism i chose to work with Atlanta Roofing Specialists. There was one issue that arose and Sonny responded to it immediately. He even…
This company made a painful situation painless. I found myself in a tough spot after finding out that the roof of my new house unexpectedly had to be changed. I had several estimates done, but Mark was so genuine and confident in his work that I decided to go with him. His estimate was incredibly fair and he didn't…
I can't say enough good things about the service and staff at this company! Communication is key and they have that ironed out flawlessly. Mark and Sonny were excellent to work with and I could not be more happy with the installation of my metal roof.
Atlanta Roofing Specialists did a great job repairing my roof. The project took a day and a half. They were very efficient and cleaned up each day making sure my driveway was clear of nails and debris. Riktor, sales, and Sonny, the project manager, both made sure my questions were answered and were professional.…
1st Contact, Just called and set up an appointment, truly 5-Star interaction with Mrs. Haley, she is very professional and gave it all to accommodate us for the appointment set up will update of how we proceed with this company.
This is one of the best companies I have ever done business with. All their staff with whom I worked were very efficient and pleasant. The team of roofers did excellent work including cleanup following the job. I would recommend Atlanta Roofing Specialists to anyone looking to have this type of work done.
Atlanta Roofing replaced my roof several months ago. They did an excellent job. They were on time each day and worked extremely hard. My new roof looks great and we have had no problems. I would highly recommend Atlanta Roofing Specialists.
