Can’t say enough good things about Brian Miller with Atlantis Plumbing! Have had a few situations on my hands that required their expertise and Brian delivered every time. Super nice guy, extremely skilled and knowledgeable and always does high quality clean work! Bonus points for cleaning up after completion as that’s always appreciated!
Bo & John with Atlantis just installed a water tank in our home. I don’t normally write referrals but these guys were super quick, super efficient and did an artistic job on putting in new copper pipe. They were just all around a benefit to the trade. Thank You. You just made my wife extremely happy lol
My house is almost 100 years old. William Pitt came in and replaced all my drain lines from the fixtures to the street. There are always unforeseen problems in old houses and William Pitt took the time to make everything up to modern code. Adam Pitt installed the water heater. These guys are a powerhouse and…
They are doing great job by installing my water heater.
This company is WONDERFUL and I cannot recommend them enough! We recently bought a house built in the 1900’s which obviously came with a variety of plumbing issues. William at Atlantis came out and did a sewer scope as part of the home inspection, and was very helpful in explaining the issues. We also used Atlantis…
Brandon Gonzalez and Bryce Larson of Atlantis Plumbing kicked ass on the installation of our new Navien tankless water heater. Our old water heater bit the dust and it was time to upgrade to a new system that will last much longer and perform better. They removed the old tank and installed the new system all within…
Fantastic work by this company! Water heater was leaking. Plumber came out next day and discovered our pressure regulator had gone out. Very appreciative that he went the extra step to identify the source of the issue and didn’t just sell a new water heater. New pressure regulator and water heater installed. Price…

Brian was our tech and he was assisted with Justin. Extremely happy with the work done and I have the confidence it was done right! Great job by Atlantis Plumbing!
Brian Miller was referred to me by a friend of mine whose referrals I value immensely when I was in search of a plumber . And Brian didn't disappoint at all. He has done several jobs for us since then - switching out the water heater was a big one on that list. Brain set a high standard both in terms of workmanship…
Superior job! They provided the best service I have received, and there has been many technicians in and out of my Maymont unit. They were timely, professional and thoughtful. I would and will recommend them to everyone.
Atlantis is always the best. Prompt and reliable service every time.Dylan was really great.
John and Marquis removed our old tankless water heater and installed a new one. The installation was perfectly accomplished without any problems whatsoever. They were entirely professional, knowledgeable and respectful about caring for my property especially since it was raining. Because of them and management…
`installed new water heater...excellent quality work
I scheduled a water heater installation with Atlantis because of my satisfaction on a few other issues they fixed for me.This was another positve experience. Although it took two days, because of a defect in the heater for the initial install, that wasn't discovered until the install was complete. Because it was…
Wish there were more stars! Solved the problem quickly.
All good I will always use this company for any plumbing problems.
Brian Miller is the best! He was extremely responsive, and lead me in the right direction! He ended up saving me tons of money! I can’t say enough great things! And on a Saturday !!

Our hot water heater installer, Tony, was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend Atlantis Plumbing for anyone's plumbing needs.
Tony Strickland was extremely professional and thorough when installing my hot water heater. Knowledge of the task at hand was exceptional!! Will call Tony again for all my plumbing repairs. Thank you Sir!!
We had such a positive experience when a water pipe broke in our home last year that the first plumber we called when we didn’t have hot water was Atlantis. They sent a technician the same day we called on Friday before Memorial Day weekend! We were told of a severe leak in our tankless water heater and it needed to…
Very responsive and exhibited professional from start to finish.
Atlantis replaced my water service line (200 feet) and installed a new water heater and took care of some other small items for me. It was a big job so I got multiple quotes. They were significantly less expensive than the bigger names (like 20%) and gave me a longer warranty. They also did the whole job in one…
They arrived within a few hours, repaired the leak and replaced our hot water heater before they went home for the evening.
I had a plumbing emergency. Atlantis was able to come to my home on the same day that I called to request service. Chet Murphy, the plumber who came to my home, was very polite and professional. He completed the job in one afternoon and made 2 trips to the nearest Home Depot to buy the correct parts. I appreciate…
Dave gave me a fair estimate and answered all questions. I will most likely use this service but want to be a good consumer and get one more estimate from a Navien certified plumber. Thanks!
John did a very professional job. He was confident in what he was doing went above and beyond installing the tankless water heater. I would highly recommend him doing any plumbing work.
Pleased with service.
Installation of new unit done well. Water from old water heater left pooled around new unit. Ceramic tile broken when old unit pulled out.
We were having a terrible time with our home inspection until Chet Murphy came to save the day. We had three inspectors and two different plumbers before Chet, none of them were able to diagnose the plumbing issue, some even saying there was no problem. Chet did an incredibly thorough inspection and was able to see…
Very good service ,very nice young man. Very good work
Great customer service! Love how he thoroughly explained everything. Very reasonable prices. Quick service, a plus. My 2nd time using them for a new water heater. I wish the first lasted longer than 10years but no fault of Atlantis. Will definitely call/use their service again.
Reggie did a great job! He explained everything and answered all my questions.
Chet did a great job fixing a tankless hot water heater. Had to track down the mfg'r, got the job done. Jackie went above and beyond, great job!

I called Atlantis Plumbing when my water heater went out suddenly. They were there within the hour. They had a new water heater and all the accessories installed with 3 hours of my initial call. Jackie Latham and his assistant were knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous.
We called Atlantis Plumbing for a newly discover outdoor leak. They were here in an hour. The repair was completed by 2:00 the following day. Thanks to Reggie and Trey, the changed the pipe without digging up our front lawn. We have also had a water heater changed by the same guys. wonderful father son team.
Everything about this service company was impeccable. Office personnel were so nice and very efficient. My serviceman, Cy, was knowledgeable and made me very comfortable in my decision to use Atlantis Plumbing. Estimate visit on Monday, installation Tuesday. I am so happy and relieved. All work was to code. So happy…
We have been using Atlantis Plumbing since 2015 and won't allow any other plumbers and/or plumbing companies near our 1954 ranch except Atlantis. They have performed a variety of plumbing services with efficiency, professionalism and most importantly, expertise. I called this morning regarding a pilot light not…
Of the four companies that quoted a water heater replacement, Jackie at Atlantis was the one that took the most time to understand my needs and talk through various options. Installation was timely and efficient with no problems whatsoever. Above all they were nice and friendly - plus they were the cheapest (which also helped!).
I wish I could award more than five stars. David and Brandon called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. They arrived masked, with shoe coverings for when they had to come into the house, examined the situation, told me all my options and anticipated costs of same. Once we'd agreed the water heater…
Our hot water heater went out unexpectedly and I looked around at a few places before deciding on Atlantis. John Henry came out less than 24 hours later and gave us a quote and explained our options. He then returned the next day and installed a tankless hot water heater (replacing our 15 year old tank). He was…
Our water heather died. I called them based on the reviews I read. Got a quote on the phone (min and max price) which was significantly lower than a competitor. In COVID time this was a welcomed news. Jason came in less than 24 hours, the phone quote was spot on, and we now have a brand new heather installed for a…
We've used Atlantis multiple times and they're always professional, friendly, responsive, and efficient. I highly recommend calling on them for help.
Robert Camp and Damascus helped in installing the water heater system in our home. Robert is highly professional and did a fabulous job. They came on time and gone through the issue I reported and discussed the options and considered the best one which perfectly fit into our budget. Damascus is extremely…
Blake did a wonderful, careful job replacing some older items in our bathroom! I felt comfortable and informed during the whole process. I would recommend! Update - I had another great experience with Robert Camp installing a kitchen faucet for me. Thanks!
