Great service for an old plumbing system. Branden Allen were awesome!
Responded promptly, worked quickly, thoroughly and respectfully. Reasonable price. Bill Story was excellent.
My technician Bryce Larson was very thorough and professional. He came out and replaced my broken garbage disposal, installed a new kitchen faucet, and replaced my shower head arm (to lower it). Bryce went the extra mile and replaced the shower head arm a second time during the same appointment as we thought it was…
HIgh water bill. Technicians inspected whole house, found no leaks, wrote an account of their findings to be shared with the city water dept when I contest my bill. Charged a very reasonable service call amount.
Great communication, fantastic work. Jackie, Brandon and Josh were very good to work with. Took the time toaster all our questions, quality work and cleaned up each day. My wife and I am very happy to have piece of mind over our plumbing issues now.
David showed up to install sinks, did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. On an unexpectedly busy day, I had one less thing to worry about because he was very communicative and kept me updated on everything. We will be using these guys again.
Robert Camp did a great job. He was knowledgeable about our plumbing hardware needs and was pleasant to work with.
Robert Camp was professional, very responsive. Quickly determined the issue and resolved and repaired the problem. Letting us know step by step what was being done. Always professional, quality work, excellent value for the investment.
This company gave me a better price to replace my entire water line than another company I contacted and didn't tack on a 3% charge for using a card. The estimate also included replacing an outdoor faucet that's been leaking for years. They were able to give me an estimate the day after I called and started work the…
Tony Strickland was very professional and produced a quality faucet installation.

Ted completed a second job for me, a faucet installation. He took out the old one and installed a Moen faucet. The water flow is strong and the faucet is an excellent blend with my counter and appliances. On a rainy day in mid-2022, Atlantis Plumbing's workers came out to connect my main water line from a well to…

Robert was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very pleasant when I had questions. He represents your company well. I would recommend you to others as a result of my recent service experience.
Had a sudden kitchen emergency. Atlantis was the only place that had availability over the weekend, came within 30 mins of calling and had everything fixed up in an hour. Amazing service!
The first time they came out to replace two faucets we had purchased. Shortly afterwards one came loose from the counter and one stopped working correctly because a cartridge wasn't installed properly. On their second trip they corrected both faucets and also replaced a toilet which was leaking. I was only…
Ben did an outstanding job covering multiple plumbing issues. He demonstrated solid expertise and completed the necessary installation and repairs expeditiously. Additionally, he arrived right on time for the scheduled appointment and was a pleasure to work with!
Instead of repairing, it was a replacement of a kitchen faucet. The technician opened the box of the new faucet and a major part was missing. He will be back tomorrow and I have already taken the faucet back to Lowes and swapped it out. Hope this box has all parts!
Great service thank you
UPDATE: We had Robert Camp from Atlantis repair 3 leaky faucets today and he recently replaced 5 toilets. His work was excellent, fairly priced, and we're very happy! Everyone from Atlantis does a great job! Review from 5 years ago: Tim and Josh came out this morning to check on a garbage disposal that was no…
We have been using Atlantis Plumbing since 2015 and won't allow any other plumbers and/or plumbing companies near our 1954 ranch except Atlantis. They have performed a variety of plumbing services with efficiency, professionalism and most importantly, expertise. I called this morning regarding a pilot light not…
We used Atlantis plumbing to install a freestanding tub faucet where a sink used to be. Atlantis was super easy to work with, and Robert did an exceptional job. He is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to talk through options. We had three other plumbing companies review and quote the work before…
