Exceptional work, phenomenal character, cant find anyone better. 🔥
Great service for an old plumbing system. Branden Allen were awesome!
Outstanding customer service and experience from making the appointment to delivering a solution, which turned out more simple than expected in the most recent case (faucet repair) They have done great work for us in the past on larger projects (plumbing leak repair), as well. Highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing.
These are the best plumbers in the area. The service, the staff, everything was excellent at their Dallas office. I loved working with John, Justin, David the whole team. I even referred my builder to them and he was also impressed by their service. They solved and fixed plumbing issues i have had for years that no…

Had a sudden kitchen emergency. Atlantis was the only place that had availability over the weekend, came within 30 mins of calling and had everything fixed up in an hour. Amazing service!
Robert provided outstanding service. Very satisfied.
I scheduled online they immediately called to make the appointment. The tech arrived within the allotted time frame. They were reasonably priced . Highly recommended!
The first time they came out to replace two faucets we had purchased. Shortly afterwards one came loose from the counter and one stopped working correctly because a cartridge wasn't installed properly. On their second trip they corrected both faucets and also replaced a toilet which was leaking. I was only…

Work was very well done. Tech was professional and courteous, and a credit to your company.
I had asked very specifically to get a quote on a couple of things but didn't receive them. The technician was late more than an hour on multiple occasions and had to be rescheduled twice, the price for the service provided was exorbitant. The technician offered to tighten a valve for $90 at which point we just sent them on their way.
Good service
Every time I use Atlantis, the work is top-notch! Very dependable as well. Both Aaron and John have done work on my new house recently and have been an absolute life saver! I would never call anyone else.
Chet Murphy, Atlantis Plumbing Technician, was awesome 👌, he came fixed the leak on water turn.off valve under sink, and installed our new dishwasher. Our plumber Chet from Atlantis was one of the most professional and knowledgeable plumbers I have met in a long time. He was able to help us quickly solve a a plumbing issue that 2 other plumbers we had previously used couldn't fix. Chet went above and BEYOND what I expected. I would highly recommend!
The tech was very professional and well spoken. The parts I supplied were not correct and he put everything back together and suggested options. I will end up going with one of the options which was appreciated. Definitely is my plumber of choice. Thank You!

We hired Atlantis Plumbing after discovering a leaking pipe and bringing in a competitor that did not diagnose the problem properly and therefore passed up on business. While all other business were saying they could just come and diagnose in 2-3 days, Atlantis plumber Tim came out the same day that I called and got…
