The technician was late more than an hour on multiple occasions and had to be rescheduled twice, the price for the service provided was exorbitant. The technician offered to tighten a valve for $90 at which point we just sent them on their way.
I called requesting leak detection services. They sent someone out on scheduled date who says he doesn't do leak detection, that they were 8 days out, and gave me the number to call someone else. They were a great team - professional, highly skilled, good communication, and generally nice guys! They worked into the night to restore our water and we recommend them very highly!
The two men who came to our home ( Cody and Tyler ) did a great job as they were able to pinpoint the leak from the water line into our house which had apparently been for years except the water bills were really adding up to further issues. They were nice and professional and while they were here we had them…
We had a great and easy experience with Atlantis Plumbing. We have used their services for both an outside waterline replacement (with Cody) and an inside garbage disposal replacement (by John Henry). If we ever encounter more issues they will be our first call!
