Can’t say enough good things about Brian Miller with Atlantis Plumbing! Have had a few situations on my hands that required their expertise and Brian delivered every time. Super nice guy, extremely skilled and knowledgeable and always does high quality clean work! Bonus points for cleaning up after completion as…
Well above the norm. Excellent diagnosis saved us thousands. I wouldn’t use anyone else
Thank you for getting the work I needed done quick and communicating before, during and after my service. I will refer you all to anyone who ask me for a reliable plumber.
My house is almost 100 years old. William Pitt came in and replaced all my drain lines from the fixtures to the street. There are always unforeseen problems in old houses and William Pitt took the time to make everything up to modern code. Adam Pitt installed the water heater. These guys are a powerhouse and…
Dylan did a great job for us today. Thanks for your quick response and thorough explanation and repair work!
Had a leak that I was finally able to get repaired; John Henry came out and had me situated in no time. He was very professional and his expedient work saved me a lot of time. Highly recommend this company.
I had an underground leak that was terrible. I talked to multiple companies, including my home warranty service and Bryan with Atlantis plumbing was by far the best. It felt like I had problem after problem between the leak and my water meter messing up right in the midst of trying to actually start the repair.…
We had a leak in the house but John found the problem and fixed it with same day service. Professional, capable and cleaned up after he was done with the repair. Awesome service. 10/10
We had an intake line burst in the water heater closet in the house just before midnight recently (not due to freezing). With water spraying into the closet, we quickly called around looking for a 24-hour plumber with decent ratings. Several of the more recognizable names in the area were not 24-hour, but Atlantis…
Robert camp was responsible, respectful, knew his skills. Thank you Atlantis plumbing again for helping me. Robert is a keeper.
We had a major leak in our bathroom on the top floor, which happened while we were on vacation and we came home to all three floors being completely flooded. John austin from Atlantis came over and turned the water off and afterwards suggested that we get a Moen detector put on that will turn off the water if there…
For an after hour service, Rob arrived within 20 minutes, which to me, is unheard of. His expertise allowed him to find the problem and complete the repair within a couple of hours. Repair was tested and warranty was given! Thanks again Rob for your professional services!
Outstanding customer service and experience from making the appointment to delivering a solution, which turned out more simple than expected in the most recent case (faucet repair) They have done great work for us in the past on larger projects (plumbing leak repair), as well. Highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing.
We had a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom. I called to schedule a same day appt. It was a breeze. They offered to have someone come and assess the damage as well simultaneously (for free). Dave was our expert and he was very knowledgeable, polite and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. He explained the…
These are the best plumbers in the area. The service, the staff, everything was excellent at their Dallas office. I loved working with John, Justin, David the whole team. I even referred my builder to them and he was also impressed by their service. They solved and fixed plumbing issues i have had for years that no…
Brandon was amazing and great to my entire family!!
I used Atlantis before awhile ago and received great service from Roby. My house was built in the 60's, so a surprise pops up every now and again. This time I was swapping out dishwasher and water connection from wall started crumbling. Called Atlantis for a survey, came out next day. Of course it ended up needing…
Dylan and Bryce were excellent. Fast, and thorough. Thank you!
Atlantis has helped us with several jobs and always sends courteous, prompt and professional team members to help. I highly recommend them!
