Dylan was exceptionally great with customer service and helping out with a sewer line that was damaged in my yard. He was knowledgeable and friendly as well as helpful in managing costs and best case scenarios decisions for the project in my home. I highly recommend him and his team for any plumbing needs!!
Cannot say enough about the two professionals that serviced our home’s plumbing needs. To find a crew with pleasant attitude & manners during the Holiday season was most rewarding. I’m not certain I have the correct order-but Justin & Eric rock!
Awesome technician (John), on time, very friendly, got the job done....however a little bit expensive.....
Jackie and crew did a great job and very professional in communication and in workmanship. I highly recommend them
He did a great job! He found that our 3-year-old had stuck a solar light in a pipe that was uncovered in our back yard. We all had a good laugh at the situation after he had unclogged the drain and recapped the pipe. And the best part was he didn't charge an arm and a leg to get the pipe unclogged.
After moving into a new home and experiencing several problems, we called Atlantis Plumbing. Robert Camp came and addressed multiple complex issues that had been impacting the plumbing in our home. He was kind and patient and made sure that we understood what was happening every step of the way. We would highly recommend Robert to anyone! Thank you!
Robert Camp was professional, very responsive. Quickly determined the issue and resolved and repaired the problem. Letting us know step by step what was being done. Used this company for multiple occasions, never disappoint in quality nor service. Thank you. Came out a second time and fixed an issue and helped…
UPDATE: So 2 weeks later, I had to call them again to come out and do the same process that was done last time. The "root" cause was the same, that we had roots in our pipes which are causing the issue, but the guy that came out today said that the 1st guy wasn't as knowledgeable as him. I'm not sure how roots from…
Knowledgeable. Able to figure out problem and remedy situation.
Jon and Julian were the best. We have had plumbers come out and charge insane amounts of money for what they did. They were knowledgeable, friendly and swift. I will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you, guys!
Great courteous customer service when requesting service. Plumber (Jon) arrived within the scheduled appointment window, and he worked to identify and resolve the source of the blockage. I highly recommend Atlantis Plumbing for great prompt and courteous service.
Robert did an amazing job! Same-day service on a Sunday, detected the source of problem and fixed the issue the next morning. Quick, reliable and trustworthy. Will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!
Ben Broome is amazing; knowledgeable, considerate and explained things thoroughly.
We were having a terrible time with our home inspection until Chet Murphy came to save the day. We had three inspectors and two different plumbers before Chet, none of them were able to diagnose the plumbing issue, some even saying there was no problem. Chet did an incredibly thorough inspection and was able to see…
Every time I use Atlantis, the work is top-notch! Very dependable as well. Both Aaron and John have done work on my new house recently and have been an absolute life saver! I would never call anyone else.
