My house is almost 100 years old. William Pitt came in and replaced all my drain lines from the fixtures to the street. There are always unforeseen problems in old houses and William Pitt took the time to make everything up to modern code. Adam Pitt installed the water heater. These guys are a powerhouse and…
This company is WONDERFUL and I cannot recommend them enough! We recently bought a house built in the 1900’s which obviously came with a variety of plumbing issues. William at Atlantis came out and did a sewer scope as part of the home inspection, and was very helpful in explaining the issues. We also used Atlantis…
Dylan was exceptionally great with customer service and helping out with a sewer line that was damaged in my yard. He was knowledgeable and friendly as well as helpful in managing costs and best case scenarios decisions for the project in my home. I highly recommend him and his team for any plumbing needs!!
Absolutely amazing experience with Atlantis Plumbing and Joey specifically. We had a pretty big job (sewer line and water line replacement) and they got it done in 2 days. Joey even fixed our leaking toilet for free during the quote process. We even needed some pictures for our closing and they provided them even…
Jackie and crew did a great job and very professional in communication and in workmanship. I highly recommend them
I had really enjoyed working with Robert Camp. He delivered quality work for at reasonable cost. I will call Atlantis again for my plumbing projects.
After moving into a new home and experiencing several problems, we called Atlantis Plumbing. Robert Camp came and addressed multiple complex issues that had been impacting the plumbing in our home. He was kind and patient and made sure that we understood what was happening every step of the way. We would highly recommend Robert to anyone! Thank you!
Atlantis Plumbing repaired a broken single sewer clean-out pipe by up-grading it to a two-way system. The service Techs were very easy to work with. They were timely and performed exactly what was stated on the contract. I would highly recommend the company!
Robert did an amazing job! Same-day service on a Sunday, detected the source of problem and fixed the issue the next morning. Quick, reliable and trustworthy. Will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!
The tech was very knowledgeable and nice! Sandy was very professional we will use him again!
Jon Camp came out today and was so ethical and honest. He tightened something that was originally recommended to be replaced at $480 for nothing for us. When they have this kind of integrity I know it’s an amazing company
We were having a terrible time with our home inspection until Chet Murphy came to save the day. We had three inspectors and two different plumbers before Chet, none of them were able to diagnose the plumbing issue, some even saying there was no problem. Chet did an incredibly thorough inspection and was able to see…
Revised…After follow up from Atlantis they came back today and fixed the issue. Responsive and willing to correct mistake. Septic tank was pumped on Sunday but home would not drain. Called to have someone fix why it would not drain. It was “clogged at the baffle” and he “unclogged it”. However, my home is now…
Fantastic work. The tech was on time and completed the job efficiently. I was kept in the know of what he was doing at all times!
Jackie and Barry did a fantastic job replacing our cast iron pipes and water heater. Jackie has a serve/add-value first mindset -- and we appreciate how kind and responsive they were to help us out. Will use again!
I had recently bought an old home that had been renovated, and with that has come many plumbing problems. David and Brandon have come out to the house multiple times and been super helpful in getting our plumbing issues resolved. I highy recommend!
Phenomenal experience! We had a major, ongoing plumbing crisis involving the main sewer line after moving into a home within less than a year. The dynamic team of Wayne and Josh were able to resolve the issue with professionalism, genuine care for us as human beings, and clear industry experience. They answered…
Called Atlantis after given 2 quotes for sewer line repair. Jon Camp arrived, I explained I was told I had a collapsed sewer pipe, and clog in the sewer line. He asked me come view the camera in the line. Nothing, no clog, no collapsed pipe. He gave me an estimate for the sewer line, which should be replaced, (pipes…
