This was the first time using ATS. We worked with Steve Herzig in the past at his last office and we moved over this location with him. Everything was super easy. Dropped all my information off, they did everything quickly. And explained a lot. Will definitely work with them again.

Steven it’s extremely knowledgeable has a lot of experience and it’s a very nice man. My entire experience with ATS was smooth, quick and professional. Very customer service orientated. I would highly recommend.
I have read a number of great reviews about ATS and I really wish I could say that i had the same experience. But unfortunately I did not. While waiting for our taxes to be filed over the past few months I was trying to contact them multiple times. Some times they wouldn’t even respond to me and after days of not hearing back I’ve had to reach out again. The times when I was able to get in contact with them, they apologized and reassure me that they would have this done and contact me within the next day or two. Not once did they follow through on this. In fact every time, a few weeks would go by and then I would be the one who ended up having to contact them again, only to be told the same thing again. I am very patient but it has felt like I’ve been blown off and I’m not being taken seriously as a client. Me and my wife were very disappointed with our experience.

I hate taxes, I hate Quickbooks, I hate everything involving financial management of my business. For years, I stuck with an overpriced (and rude) professional simply because I did not want to deal with the change. I assumed this professional’s demeanor was because of my ineptitude and assumed any tax professional would not be a fan of me. I’m a pleasant person but, again, a total deer in the headlights with anything tax related. I happened upon Kathryn (Kady) Marshall and we booked a consult. I was transparent that I did not know what I was doing and that I was likely going to be a difficult client in terms of my ignorance. Kady was so kind and patient - she explained things in a way that made sense and told me not to worry about the items she could tackle. Her pricing was reasonable and she had ideas that made sense for me and my business. Kady took over my business and personal taxes and we are looking at having her take over on payroll. She’s so good! There has been a tax issue that I have struggled with for years and Kady was immediately able to identify the problem and solution. She even hopped on the phone with me to deal with the other professionals involved as she knew I was out of my element. There is so much freedom now in seeing an issue arise and knowing that can be a “Kady problem” because I know she will manage the task efficiently and completely. There are very few people that I trust to touch my business - but Kady has my full trust and loyalty. ATS is lucky to have such an incredible individual at their establishment.
