Review from Google · view on GoogleI called last Thursday and I think I spoke to Brooklyn. I wanted to make an appt to get a cut and color. I have never been there before so she asked me a bunch of questions and said she would reach back out to me. It is 6 days later and nobody has called me. I read previous reviews and it looks like they do this often. Very disappointing.

Our salon is a very fast paced environment, and our desk receptionists do their best to keep clients (existing and potential new) as the top priority. We will continue to work on the phone messages and make sure to improve the system in which callers get response quickly and professionally.

There may have been an error with the notes taken. We would love to make it right. If you would like to call any time Tuesday to Friday between 9 am and 3 pm, we have management available to assist in getting this taken care of!

She said she would talk to the stylist asked for my phone number and would call me back. Well I never received a call back after a few days, I moved onto another salon who gladly made me an appointment . Maybe I should be grateful, if your salon can’t be responsible enough to call a potential client back how can I trust you to be responsible with my hair.

Thank you for your feedback! We value our customers and their opinions, good and bad. We work hard to make sure everyone has the best experience possible with us. We are currently still trying to train some of our front desk staff, so reviews are helpful to let us know what still needs a little more work. Being a fast-paced salon and training new staff can get complicated when there are very busy days. We are sorry you had a bad experience but hope that, in the future, you decide to give us another chance to make it right.

Review from Google · view on GoogleI’m not rating any of the hairstylist just the salon. Since most of the reviews for this place involve stylists, someone needs to write about the salon itself. The tanning beds that look like they’re 30 years old.. the cheap shoes that are everywhere. It appears the salon likes making fake walls with the shoe boxes it seems very unsafe and looks junky. The dirtiness of the salon and some of the incompetent staff. (Not the hairdresser).
