So glad I joined the studio! What a great community and also high quality classes. The newbie pack is a great value to check out the studio before you commit, and the monthly unltd has been perfect for me now. Great place and great teachers🩷
I highly recommend this yoga studio! It’s been my go to place to work out, move my body, and meet other pregnant people, which has been such a blessing. They offer amazing classes with a variety like yoga, Pilates, and sculpt. All the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and it’s been a great resource in my birth…
Maggie is the sweetest human to lead Baby & Me Yoga. I love love love how she incorporates movement and sound for babies too and the words of affirmation at the end of class! Austin Yoga Lounge is a special place for mommies and babies.
A must do if you're pregnant in Austin! Lindsey puts a lot of effort into making the space welcoming and catering the classes to help with mobility throughout pregnancy. The breathwork and movement helped me feel more confident during pregnancy and was a huge help with pain management for my unmedicated birth. The…
Love Lindsey and all the instructors - incredibly supportive and calming environment, classes, and moms that attend.
I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and have been coming to AYL since my second trimester. In that time I've taken prenatal, sculpt, and strength classes, and attended several workshops (both on my own and with my partner) to prepare for labor and new motherhood. Every class has left me feeling stronger and more…
The Village is a 6-month prenatal and postpartum experience designed for women who are going to give birth! The Village has been such a supportive place to land. It has helped me prepare for birth and postpartum by providing valuable education, teaching me how to advocate for myself, and connecting me with a…
Austin Yoga Lounge is exactly what I was looking for during my first pregnancy. They offer a wide range of prenatal classes, including strength training, yoga, and specialty workshops like infant CPR and postpartum education. I’d recommend any class by Maggie, Lindsey, Maddie or Megan. The instructors are great.…
Megan’s classes are always great and very informative! I had really bad hip pain postpartum and it’s improved so much since starting her classes!
I absolutely love this place! It truly feels like a community. The prenatal classes are amazing, and I always leave feeling so good afterward. I’m definitely looking forward to trying the postpartum and baby classes once my baby girl is born!
AYL is a wonderful space for prenatal and postpartum people! It felt great to have a workout I knew was suitable for where I was in the moment and if anything was too much, allowing me to adjust to fit my needs. I especially liked the baby and me classes because Alex and Megan help keep baby occupied while mom gets…
Megan was incredibly knowledgeable of the postpartum body & learning how to stretch some of most tense areas from her, was easy. Would highly recommend this class to other folks and would definitely take again myself.
Amazing class! Monique was so kind, welcoming, and accommodating to all class participants. It was so nice to connect with other moms on this crazy, beautiful journey. I’ll definitely be back :)
the experience was extremely peaceful and calming, lindsey is kind and personable and my partner and i learned helpful techniques and breathing strategies for labor. great class!
This place is amazing! The yoga classes have helped my pregnancy SO MUCH. Every instructor takes care to learn what is happening your body and tailors the class to Meet the needs of the group. It’s wonderful. Also, they have amazing classes (birth, breastfeeding, mama care, you name it) from some amazing birth…
This studio has been a gift for me! When I was pregnant, it was SUCH A RELIEF to be welcomed into the prenatal community here. I took class weekly throughout 2nd & into 3rd trimester as well as took a birth prep workshop w/ my husband & other events as well (example: CPR) Postpartum it’s been even more special to…
Austin Yoga Lounge is a gem of Austin. It’s a haven for mamas and mamas-to-be. I’m so grateful for its presence in my life during this sacred season.
This yoga studio has been my “village” throughout the whole pregnancy (and after!). I moved to the country and got pregnant soon after, so having no friends and family support throughout this precious time has been hard. Austin Yoga Lounge community, classes, workshops, informal meetups have been an incredible…
I freaking love this place. It was honestly one of the best investments I made while pregnant. The support from the instructors and the community built from attending classes is unmatched. My body and mind are forever thankful 💕
