Excellent service start to finish. Broke down on 294 and got car in there unannounced. The process/communication start to finish was excellent. Trustworthy straight forward shop!! Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend.
Brought my vehicle in with smoking and engine issues. Was charged $400 in diag. to be told I needed an engine and it was going to cost me over $17k. When asked for a technical reason to what was wrong, none was given. When asked if a compression test was done, none was done. When asked to perform one, none was done.…

Yoni Turcos as the service tech was fabulous. He was understanding of my issues, corrected the problem within budget, and regularly communicated. auto Lab has loaner cars and he even drove my Ford to the local dealer so I could get a recall issue corrected. That is what I call service. Thank you!
AutoLab has been our goto vehicle maintenance experts for over 20 years. This trip was for ignition and battery charging issues on a 2010 Mazda3. As usual, great troubleshooting, service, and pricing/guarantees vs other shops and dealerships.

I have been using Auto Lab for years and they are just the best!
