Auto Lab Libertyville

They were able to get my van in on a tight timeframe. And get us back on the road!!! Thanks!

Dependable, reliable, accommodating, professional, trustworthy

I have to say this is one of the best auto shops I have ever came across. The whole team went above and beyond for me. They are definitely #1.

Auto Lab Libertyville has done a great job for me! I took my car to the dealer I bought it from, I had been a loyal client for many years, the dealer told me it would cost over $6,000 to repair my car, and then offered to sell me a new one. I limped my car down the road to Auto Lab where they sourced the same… Read full review

Yony helped me with front brakes for my tacoma the same hour i took it in 8/1/23 - which i appreciate as great customer service. In the past its been leave your truck or multiple hours of wait. This was my first time at the shop and i came out satisfied. Thank you Yony.

Love Auto Lab! Best Customer Service! Have been bringing all our cars to them for several years. Right before Christmas 3 of my tires were low on air. Stopped by without an appointment and they fit me in right away and filled them up. I wouldn't know what to do without them.

I've been going to Auto Lab Libertyville for about fifteen years, and have been very happy with their service and communication. :)

AutoLab has been our goto vehicle maintenance experts for over 20 years. This trip was for ignition and battery charging issues on a 2010 Mazda3. As usual, great troubleshooting, service, and pricing/guarantees vs other shops and dealerships.

Friendly, honest, reliable. I will definitely be using AutoLab again

Auto Lab is always professional, courteous, and kind. Their knowledgable team finds the issues and solutions, explains thoroughly what's going on, and addresses them promptly. I conntinue to return to them for my auto needs and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a trustworthy shop!

I have been using Auto Lab for years and they are just the best! Friendly, professional and always go out of their way to ensure I am taken care of whether it be needing a loaner car so I can get to work while I drop my car off or squeezing me in even if I just drop in without an appointment :-) they are the best and I highly recommend them!

Still Always a pleasure.

I have been using Auto Lab for over 4 years and can say they are the most professional, trustworthy, honest, and efficient shop I have ever used. After working in the automotive industry all my life and seeing the way most dealerships operate it is refreshing to work with a local shop that does right by the customer… Read full review

Great neighborhood place that has been in Libertyville for several years with very friendly staff. Dana was very helpful in identifying the problem that my car was having and provided constant communication on the progress. Very competitive price on the job. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I was impressed with the level of professionalism exhibited by Dana and Kristen. I had taken my car elsewhere for a suspected brake issue and the mechanic there didn't even look at the brakes. The folks at Auto Lab were upfront about what was going on and the cost. No unpleasant surprises, just professional service.

We have been using Auto Lab for years. The owner is a master mechanic. They never give up on finding problems we report, and work tirelessly on fixing problems until they are resolved. We have brought all our family cars to them, and will continue to do so.

We have used AutoLab for over 25 years. Always do a good job at a reasonable price.

Excellent service. Haven't had any problems with them. Suggested services are always on point.

They were great. So glad I found then. Car was done very quickly and price was a lot lower than I thought. Highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

they fully explained the problem and what the total cost would be ,excellent job at fair prices.
