Great neighborhood place that has been in Libertyville for several years with very friendly staff. Dana was very helpful in identifying the problem that my car was having and provided constant communication on the progress. Very competitive price on the job. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
I was impressed with the level of professionalism exhibited by Dana and Kristen. I had taken my car elsewhere for a suspected brake issue and the mechanic there didn't even look at the brakes. Wow... it was my first time to AutoLab, since my car has 196K miles I knew it would need work. Kevin, Heather and the team were very professional. I liked that they showed me my worn out parts.
