Excellent service start to finish. Broke down on 294 and got car in there unannounced. The process/communication start to finish was excellent. Trustworthy straight forward shop!! Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend.
An honest, family owned local business run by good people. They are more that just a detail place. Body and mechanical work, too!
I come to here for ALL my vehicle work. From oil change to new tires and everything in between. They call me by name when I walk in the door. They always give me great, competitive prices and get it done quick. Excellent service!
The BESTEST! ... Care, Quality, Timeliness, Great Price, and Good Vibes! ... What else could I want? AND December 2025, I was driving from home in Indiana to Libertyville to visit my son for several days.. On the way, a warming light on dashboard came on ... bottom line: I went to AutoLab with multiple issues…
Yeah, the customer service was awesome, and they were super helpful. The techs knew their stuff and explained everything well.
Setting up an appointment was super easy. Yony and Dana were very friendly and helpful. They did not push any unnecessary work.
Auto Lab really goes above and beyond to make you happy. They do an excellent job of making my old car run perfectly. I highly recommend them.
Auto Lab Libertyville has done a great job for me! I took my car to the dealer I bought it from, I had been a loyal client for many years, the dealer told me it would cost over $6,000 to repair my car, and then offered to sell me a new one. I limped my car down the road to Auto Lab where they sourced the same…
Love Auto Lab! Best Customer Service! Have been bringing all our cars to them for several years. Right before Christmas 3 of my tires were low on air. Stopped by without an appointment and they fit me in right away and filled them up. I wouldn't know what to do without them.
We have been using AutoLab for our cars for about a year and could not be happier! The vehicles are happier and so are we!
The people at Auto Lab were fantastic as usual. They were friendly and professional. They got my car in and out the same day, and the work that was done was top-notch. I highly recommend them, and feel there is no reason to take our cars back to the dealership for maintenance and service.
Been taking my cars to auto lab for over 10 years and wouldn’t consider anyone else.
I've been going to Auto Lab Libertyville for about fifteen years, and have been very happy with their service and communication. :)
Best customer service you will ever get. They are genuine and fair.
Best service ever!!! I am long time customer of Autolab and I highly recommend!!!
Auto Lab has provided excellent service at reasonable prices for our 2009 Cadillac. Trustworthy and prompt. Highly recommended!
Auto Lab has the absolute best customer service, fair pricing and are very honest. They told me I didn't need some of the work I requested and saved me money. The loaner vehicle they provided meant I didn't have to worry about picking up my kids from school on time and I could keep going about my day. I highly recommend Auto Lab!
AutoLab has been our goto vehicle maintenance experts for over 20 years. This trip was for ignition and battery charging issues on a 2010 Mazda3. As usual, great troubleshooting, service, and pricing/guarantees vs other shops and dealerships.
Friendly, honest, reliable. I will definitely be using AutoLab again
They fixed my trunk latch, tie rods, put new rear tires, front brakes, and new windshield wipers. They did a great job!!!
Still Always a pleasure.
I will only take my car to AutoLab and no where else. They always do a great job and are quick to fix anything that’s needed for my car. Love that they have a rental car option since it helps me not to have to take off of work. I’ll be back for my next oil change!
Great neighborhood place that has been in Libertyville for several years with very friendly staff. Dana was very helpful in identifying the problem that my car was having and provided constant communication on the progress. Very competitive price on the job. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
We were looking at a car to buy and brought it to Auto Lab to be inspected. The car cost $8000. The guys at Auto Lab found over $3000 in repairs that were needed. Plus we discovered that "someone" turned off all of the warning lights about the problems. Two lessons: 1) Be very sceptical of a used car lot. 2) Always…
Excellent, honest, reliable service. Friendly technicians — Dana, in particular, is thoughtful, smart, communicative and awesome. Great experience.
Friendly service, and they did great work on my miata! I needed several small things done, and I left feeling very confident that I was being charged appropriately and accurately.
We have been using Auto Lab for years. The owner is a master mechanic. They never give up on finding problems we report, and work tirelessly on fixing problems until they are resolved. We have brought all our family cars to them, and will continue to do so.
Excellent service. Haven't had any problems with them. Suggested services are always on point.
Very prompt and professional
Good price, very good work and excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. You will be so happy you went there. They do work quickly and perform an excellent job.
Love this place the customer service is awesome they have loaner cars if needed and quality work definitely should be a AAA certified
I trust Auto Lab. They are honest, kind, caring, professional and they do not try to charge you for something that your car doesn't need. I have had major problems with Pep Boys and I am so grateful that I was referred to Auto Lab. It is also great that that they have loaner vehicles if you need one when you car is…
Very Professional and provide me updates on a timely manner! Find ways to work around your time to drop off my car and pickup my car
They are so great and professional,. And very honest. I just wish they would enforce their customers wear masks. Being in a small, indoor space with someone not is mask made my most recent visit very uncomfortable.
Awesome service, will use again. My truck was having an EVAP leak somewhere and I had an inspection coming up, they solved the problem and I passed no issues. Loved the communication and professionalism. A+
They were professional and very fair. Kept me informed all the way and I trusted them.
I have been using Auto Lab for all of my car services for the last couple years. They've always been fair and the work has been great. With them doing pick up and delivery, it made it extremely easy for me to get my oil changed and a battery change all while I was at work. I've referred family and friends and will continue to do so! Thank you Auto Lab!
