Auto Lab has the absolute best customer service, fair pricing and are very honest. They told me I didn't need some of the work I requested and saved me money. The loaner vehicle they provided meant I didn't have to worry about picking up my kids from school on time and I could keep going about my day. I highly recommend Auto Lab!
AutoLab has been our goto vehicle maintenance experts for over 20 years. This trip was for ignition and battery charging issues on a 2010 Mazda3. As usual, great troubleshooting, service, and pricing/guarantees vs other shops and dealerships.
I have been using Auto Lab for years and they are just the best! Friendly, professional and always go out of their way to ensure I am taken care of whether it be needing a loaner car so I can get to work while I drop my car off or squeezing me in even if I just drop in without an appointment :-) they are the best and I highly recommend them!
I have been happy with the professional service they have promised and provided. I appreciate when technicians of any profession are able to discuss the problem in a manner that is easy to understand. I appreciate their efforts to give an “award” for bringing the car to their shop. It’s a nice touch to show customer appreciation.
We have been using Auto Lab for years. The owner is a master mechanic. They never give up on finding problems we report, and work tirelessly on fixing problems until they are resolved. We have brought all our family cars to them, and will continue to do so.

Wow... it was my first time to AutoLab, since my car has 196K miles I knew it would need work. Kevin, Heather and the team were very professional. I liked that they showed me my worn out parts. My car now rides great and everything feels really awesome. I will be back for all my maintenance needs. 5 STARS!
