Amazing spot— super quick, great communication, and honest prices :)
Been a loyal customer for ~6 years. Best car shop in the area. Fair, honest, diligent. Never left wondering about my car. No appointments -- first come, first serve process. They treat every customer with respect, no matter what kind of car you got. This place is a gem.
Honest work at great price. Careful diagnostics like a proper shop should do, and respectful explanation of findings and advice about how to proceed. Appreciate their effort to give you long term advice about car repairs being worth it or what to expect rather than just fixing something and charging you.
This is a fantastic place. Miguel and his brother Luis offer excellent, dependable, fast services and charge fair prices. Our 2010 Honda Fit needed a lot—oil change, coolant flush, brake flush, new rear brakes, all filters, wipers, an inner tire rod, and alignment. They gave me a free alignment—a gift, Miguel said.…
I've been going to Auto Tech Service for three years now and I can't recommend them enough! They're super friendly and fast, and I'm often shocked at how low their prices are. The only downside is that you have to go early on weekday mornings because they don't take reservations, but it's worth it!
Great service, fair price and people.
Excellent service for an excellent price. Highly recommend them
Love this place. Insanely fast, professional and fairly priced. Love having them in the neighborhood.
Came here for an oil change and had a great experience!! They are very honest, don't try to upcharge you or anything. I asked for an oil change and that's what I got. I will only be coming here with my car! Very affordable as well.
It can be hard to find honest mechanics who won’t take advantage of you, so I’m glad I found this place. The only downside is that if you get there past 8am, you might not be able to get your car in because they are literally always full up.
I have brought my car here several times and have recommended to family. Quick, reliable service. Prices have seemed more than fair compared to other NE DC shops and their communication is excellent. Thank you!
Fantastic service - incredibly kind, honest, patient and knowledgable mechanics (not the typical words used to describe them!) Never make you feel dumb and often offer multiple price solutions and suggestions. Pretty speedy service as well. A hidden gem I am happy to have found!
First time here and I have to give them 5 stars for great service. Went in thinking I needed to replace all four brakes and they said I really only needed two done at that time. I got a quote from another mechanic for the same service and it was 50 percent higher than Auto tech. I also had other general maintenance…
Best auto shop in the city. I know nothing about cars and I never am made to feel intimidated or talked into unnecessary services. The staff is friendly, professional, and do a great job.
Fantastic family business. Great service, they go the extra mile.
having reliable mechanic is such a relief
These guys do great work and they give it to you straight. No BS here and you can trust their word.
Great mechanic. Reasonable prices. Good communication. Same day service. They've taken care of my brakes, done several oil changes, etc. Highly recommend.
the best mechanics in the city. they know what they are doing and always have your vehicle done that day. honest as the day is long. they kept my toyota tercel wagons running for many years
Like many other reviewers, I have been going to Auto Tech Service for a couple years now and always had a very positive experience. However, when I went in for a routine oil change a couple weeks ago before leaving on a road trip, they overtightened the drain plug so much the my oil pan actually cracked. After…
