Very professional and prompt. Called one day and they got me in the next morning to diagnose the problem. After dropping it off this morning, they had the thermostat diagnosed within two hours. Ordered parts and fixed the day after that.
Stopped in last week because my car was overheating and on a separate note my air conditioner was not working well. Megan at the front made me feel heard and welcome! They took my car in last minute and did a top to bottom check and help me fix all the things that I've been neglecting for the past 6 years. Zach was…

Very thorough and quick with it. Car’s running real good!
Auto Tek was amazing. Megan was a huge help, I was able to drop my Tundra off after hours and was contacted immediately the next morning with steps to move forward. Love everyone there, smooth process, and affirm is always a plus. Thank you guys again for everything, my truck was up in running in no time.
Great experience, Zack and Megan were great communicators. Loved the estimate approval system, very transparent pricing. Really appreciated the photos, transparency and communication. I felt zero pressure to approved work.
AutoTek has integrity. They were honest about the cost, contacted me early when additional work was required, and didn’t push me to do work that was not necessary. Thanks Michael and team! UPDATE: Still Great service. Auto Tek just redid some of the front end suspension on my Explorer. It is so much smoother and…

The folks at Autotek are friendly, helpful and professional. It is a pleasure doing business with them
Brandon and the staff at Auto Tek did a great job with fixing my car. I will be coming here from now on for my maintenance needs for my other cars.
Extremely professional and thorough with the diagnosis of my vehicle. They provide photos of every area of your vehicle. No work is started without consultation and consent especially if something looks suspicious or needs immediate attention. I recommend this business as your first stop for vehicle maintenance or concerns. Period!
I can't speak highly enough about the customer service I experienced from Auto Tek! Exceptional! I called requesting updates and further questions about diagnoses explanations and they were right on it, professional, upbeat, confident, and friendly everytime I called. Great staff, mechanics, and obviously great management.
I had a great experience with my Infiniti QX80. Very professional, thorough, polite, and timely. I will definitely be coming back to Auto Tek in the future. Aaron and Michael were awesome!
Michael and team are great. Will be back.
Great communication. Super easy drop off/pick up. They’re awesome.
I had a great time at AutoTek as they provided wonderful service and were very nice throughout the whole process. They were very thorough in the pictures that they took while taking care of my car and it was done within 24 hours. I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s slightly pricey, but they try their best to…
The responsivity cannot be beat! I even got a follow up call a few days later to make sure I was still happy. Unheard of customer service (and the car works great, too!) The only mechanic I trust. They're a family owned business, know their customers well, and do the job right the first time. HIGHLY recommend Auto Tek!

Truly superior service! They communicate with me every step of the way, send me pictures/videos of what’s wrong, the progress of their work and their final product. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them!
This is a new post, my last one was four months ago. I took my 2018 Rav4 in for routine maintenance on 12/20/23. Auto Tek has also done a great job on my 2016 Nissan Altima. Auto Tek is the best car repair facility I have ever used. I needed repairs on my Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid. I had terrible experiences with several…
Auto Tek always takes care of our auto repair needs in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing repair work.
Great service, fair prices. I’m glad I found this place.
As a young lady in college, it’s tough to find trustworthy auto repair that doesn’t make you feel unsafe or like you’re being scammed. Auto Tek has gone to every measure to ensure that I never feel either of those things. They are transparent, do great service, and are kind— I will continue to return to AutoTek for…
I’m very happy with the service provided by Auto Tek. Brandon and team kept me informed and update throughout the process regarding repairs, which I really appreciated. Thank you!
I’ve been using Autotek for almost four years now and I have never been more pleased with any mechanic. They are honest and knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers. I brought in my old van and they found a serious issue that would have required an engine rebuild to fix, and even that wasn’t a sure…
Always personal, helpful, and honest with their diagnostics, even if it might be costly. Not to mention, once they repair an issue, it is no longer an issue. I have been going to Auto Tek for 10+ years and will continue going to Auto Tek for years to come.
Everyone at AutoTek super friendly, honest, explained everything that needed to be done, and had my car back to me when they said they would! So glad they were recommended to me and I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know that needs a car repair!
No joke, this is the best mechanic experience ever. Better than the dealership. Better than the dudes on the corner by your house. (Unless those dudes are Auto Tek.) Communication was pristine. Documentation of my vehicle's issues INCLUDED photographs, so I could actually see with my own eyes the problems they…
They were so nice, not pushy. they were matter of fact with what is going on with my car. They provide detailed explanations of everything with pics and go through the options
We have used AutoTek for over 10 years and no one has better customer service and turnaround time than Aaron and his guys
I’d rather buy a car out of warranty so I can take it here instead of the dealership.
I’ve worked with AutoTek for many years now. Several different vehicles. The peace of mind I have knowing how exceptional the work is here far exceeds what ever reasonable rates I’ve ever paid for service. Always efficient and clear to understand. And a pleasure to communicate with. Thanks AutoTek!
LOVED LOVED LOVED the customer service I got here. I will be using them from here on!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business! They take care of our cars wonderfully.... I have 3 daughters, one is an adult with autism. They are so sweet, kind, professional with them, and never ever take advantage of them. We don't trust anyone else!! I always recommend them to everyone! Thank you…
