Genuinely one of the best experiences i’ve had with a mechanic ever. full transparency and communication the whole time, plus the staff are super sweet and explained everything to me w out being rude the way other mechanics might be. would 100% recommend and will be a repeat customer for sure!
Stopped in last week because my car was overheating and on a separate note my air conditioner was not working well. Megan at the front made me feel heard and welcome! They took my car in last minute and did a top to bottom check and help me fix all the things that I've been neglecting for the past 6 years. Zach was…
Best automotive shop in Austin!!
The service was okay. This visit was the first for my 2012 Ford Fusion SE and what was done was honestly surprising. After an inspection I was provided with a list of items totaling over $2300 in repair work, that's pretty extreme and is a shop unnecessarily adding costs where it wasn't needed. Fuel injector…
This shop is great. They’re very transparent, communicative, and professional. I trust them with my vehicle 100%.
Excellent Service, fair pricing.
We have used AutoTek for years and I trust their work. And they are lovely humans. Thank you!
Great staff! They took good care of me!
The guys at Autotek have serviced several of my vehicles with consistent results. Expect great service, reasonable price and honest mechanics here. I plan to bring my business here for years to come. Definitely recommend. A+
Autotek is the best! Been a happy customer for 10 yrs. Honest, great service.
I appreciated the flexibility provided by the team and accommodating a last minute drop off. Great communication, transparency, and overall great work on the car. They were able to fix my MAF and explain other things needed for my car after further diagnostics. Will definitely return for regular maintenance.
Very dependable and honest.
I had our 2016 Camry SE at 2 different shops prior to taking it into Auto Tek. Lesson learned the hard, and expensive, way! The first national shop just threw numerous parts on and never really completed a professional diagnostic check. The second shop rolled it onto the rack, lifted it, eyeballed it, and gave me a…
Very fast service, had my car back on the road in no time!
Extremely professional and thorough with the diagnosis of my vehicle. They provide photos of every area of your vehicle. No work is started without consultation and consent especially if something looks suspicious or needs immediate attention. I recommend this business as your first stop for vehicle maintenance or concerns. Period!
Excellent communication and customer service
I can't speak highly enough about the customer service I experienced from Auto Tek! Exceptional! I called requesting updates and further questions about diagnoses explanations and they were right on it, professional, upbeat, confident, and friendly everytime I called. Great staff, mechanics, and obviously great management.
Great service and transparent process! Will be going back !
Michael and team are great. Will be back.
I had a great time at AutoTek as they provided wonderful service and were very nice throughout the whole process. They were very thorough in the pictures that they took while taking care of my car and it was done within 24 hours. I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s slightly pricey, but they try their best to…
The personnel at Auto Tek have always been prompt, capable and professional. I've been taking my current car (a Mazda) there for the last 7 years and couldn't be happier.
I have been taking my vehicles to the guys at Autotek for some years now. They have always been transparent with me and tried to do their best to mitigate unnecessary work being done. The work is always high quality with quality parts.
The responsivity cannot be beat! I even got a follow up call a few days later to make sure I was still happy. Unheard of customer service (and the car works great, too!) UPDATE (11/1/2022) -- Once again, Auto Tek staff hit it out of the park. Great service and workmanship. I'm a dedicated customer forever!…
The only mechanic I trust. They're a family owned business, know their customers well, and do the job right the first time. HIGHLY recommend Auto Tek!
Truly superior service! They communicate with me every step of the way, send me pictures/videos of what’s wrong, the progress of their work and their final product. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them!
Most honest mechanics I have ever worked with + my car needed a part that was on national back order for several months and Andreah diligently followed up with the manufacturer and me every week until the part came in.
Personal, professional, detailed, on time.
I’ve been using Autotek for almost four years now and I have never been more pleased with any mechanic. They are honest and knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers. I brought in my old van and they found a serious issue that would have required an engine rebuild to fix, and even that wasn’t a sure…
Everyone at AutoTek super friendly, honest, explained everything that needed to be done, and had my car back to me when they said they would! So glad they were recommended to me and I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know that needs a car repair!
They were so nice, not pushy. they were matter of fact with what is going on with my car. They provide detailed explanations of everything with pics and go through the options
This is the best mechanic shop I have ever dealt with! I brought my car in for an issue with the AC on a Wednesday. Before the end of the day I had a full detailed report of what they found and a full inspection of my vehicle with photos. They pointed out another issue I was sort of aware of but didn’t know the…
I’ve been taking my car here for years and the service is impeccable. They are very thorough, quick, and priced fair. Matt is so detailed and is so great with giving explanations with any issues.
I’d rather buy a car out of warranty so I can take it here instead of the dealership.
The team at Auto Tek is nothing short of amazing. Extremely professional and knowledgeable they have taken care of all of my families repair work for over twenty five years now. The work is done right and when promise at the price agreed upon, A rare thing these days. All my repair work goes to the team at Auto Tek.
This is the only place in Austin I’ll take my car and the only place I recommend to friends. Everyone at Autotek is so kind, trustworthy, transparent, knowledgeable, the list goes on - I’ve never felt so trusting of an auto place. Andreah has the sweetest demeanor - so grateful for the staff here!
10/10 - Aaron and the team at Auto Tek was wonderful from start to finish. As a young woman it can be tough to find reliable and trustworthy car mechanics that won't screw you, these guys are legit. I brought my older car in with the question of "is it even worth it to fix it?" Aaron came up with a plan to seek out…
I had an unexpected issue arise and needed to find shop quick. I am so glad I found and chose Auto Tek! Man, from getting a quote, talking with Aaron about the issues and requests, all the image documentation, and the follow-up was all a well oiled machine! Everything was explained clearly. No pressure to get more…
Matt helped me with my 2001 Honda CR-V and his service was excellent!! He kept me updated throughout the entire process and took pictures of every single thing they assessed in my car. He took lots of time going over my car with me and making sure i could make an informed decision on what i wanted to fix on my car.…
Reliable, trustworthy service. Matt took awesome care of my vehicle and she runs smoother than when I first bought her. 💯
