Amazing service, like how they went in depth on the inspection list, its well worth the price to see the whats really wrong on vehicle
AutoTek gets the job done. Highly recommended!
Best automotive shop in Austin!!
They did a great job on my Kia.
This shop is great. They’re very transparent, communicative, and professional. I trust them with my vehicle 100%.
Zach helped me understand the diagnosis on my car after getting an inspection. He was very patient with my questions and helped me decide on what was absolutely necessary to change/repair for safety. I will come back for sure!
Friendly staff, reliable service, and transparent practices. Absolutely love coming here, and highly recommend to anyone.
Aaron,Megan,Zach and the whole crew are the best around. I’ve had nothing short of an amazing experience. They were quick, responsive, and overall great people to work with. Highly,Highly,HIGHLY recommend!!!
top quality customer service.
The guys at Autotek have serviced several of my vehicles with consistent results. Expect great service, reasonable price and honest mechanics here. I plan to bring my business here for years to come. Definitely recommend. A+
I need to drop off my car before they opened and pick it up three days later on a Saturday when they were closed. So everything was done via phone, text or email. They have a communication system that lets you see exactly what’s being done and you will be given the opportunity to approve each service individually.…
Autotek is a great family owned shop. They make you feel well taken care of and the prices are right.
Professional, accurate service. Fair pricing, no upsells. I recommend this shop.
I have been going to Auto Tek for over 15 years. They are honest and trustworthy, always explain thoroughly what's going on and let me know what is imperative to fix now, and what can wait.
This place is a breath of fresh air after experiences with Other Places. Friendly, didn't try to upsell, just explained clearly what was needed and might be needed at another time. I'll bring my cars here from now on!
You did exactly what was needed. You do it right.
The service was good but the price seemed a bit higher than I m used to. I'm new to the area.
I am very happy with Auto Tek's many years of great service, and clear trustworthy advise. We have all of our family vehicles serviced by Auto Tek.
They fixed my car very quickly. Thank you Megan for the great communication. Will come again, but hopefully not too soon
This is definitely you get what you pay for here. Prices are probably higher than I’m used to but the service was done well and fast. Everyone was kind and attentive so you can take comfort in that your vehicle is in good hands.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you, Auto Tek! I had my car towed in, and because they work with AAA, I was able to get up to $75 off, which was a great bonus. I chose their 62-point inspection to diagnose the issue, and they were incredibly thorough from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, with honest…
I’ve been a customer for years and their staff always tells me straight what needs to be done and what’s a nice to have - compared to the dealerships which always say everything is urgent. They are thorough, personable and do a great job with repairs. I’ll definitely be bringing my cars here for many more years to come!
Always a good experience. The only place I take my vehicles
Staff is friendly, work is professional and done well. Reasonably priced. I will be returning for continued service. I highly recommend.
Trustworthy and quality service. Highly recommend.
The team at Auto Tek is amazing! The communication was constant and kept me updated on any changes. Thank you for such an amazing service.
Extremely professional and thorough with the diagnosis of my vehicle. They provide photos of every area of your vehicle. No work is started without consultation and consent especially if something looks suspicious or needs immediate attention. I recommend this business as your first stop for vehicle maintenance or concerns. Period!
Excellent communication and customer service
Great service and transparent process! Will be going back !
I had a great experience with my Infiniti QX80. Very professional, thorough, polite, and timely. I will definitely be coming back to Auto Tek in the future. Aaron and Michael were awesome!
Michael and team are great. Will be back.
Excellent service!
Great work & excellent communication! Highly recommended AutoTek!
The personnel at Auto Tek have always been prompt, capable and professional. I've been taking my current car (a Mazda) there for the last 7 years and couldn't be happier.
I have been taking my vehicles to the guys at Autotek for some years now. They have always been transparent with me and tried to do their best to mitigate unnecessary work being done. The work is always high quality with quality parts.
The responsivity cannot be beat! I even got a follow up call a few days later to make sure I was still happy. Unheard of customer service (and the car works great, too!) UPDATE (11/1/2022) -- Once again, Auto Tek staff hit it out of the park. Great service and workmanship. I'm a dedicated customer forever!…
The only mechanic I trust. They're a family owned business, know their customers well, and do the job right the first time. HIGHLY recommend Auto Tek!
The friendly folks at Auto-Tek always offer great service. My only complaint is that I had to wait a month or so for routine service.
Kind, transparent, and professional. Best auto shop in Austin hands down! I really appreciate the work these folks do.
This is a new post, my last one was four months ago. I took my 2018 Rav4 in for routine maintenance on 12/20/23. Auto Tek has also done a great job on my 2016 Nissan Altima. Auto Tek is the best car repair facility I have ever used. I needed repairs on my Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid. I had terrible experiences with several…
Best service ever! Everyone I met with at AutoTek was super pleasant and easy to work with (shout out to Matt, David and Aaron). I needed a lot of maintenance, but they were very up-front with which services I could wait on to lower the cost to me (did not push me to order services that weren't absolutely necessary…
I’m very happy with the service provided by Auto Tek. Brandon and team kept me informed and update throughout the process regarding repairs, which I really appreciated. Thank you!
I’ve been using Autotek for almost four years now and I have never been more pleased with any mechanic. They are honest and knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers. I brought in my old van and they found a serious issue that would have required an engine rebuild to fix, and even that wasn’t a sure…
Always personal, helpful, and honest with their diagnostics, even if it might be costly. Not to mention, once they repair an issue, it is no longer an issue. I have been going to Auto Tek for 10+ years and will continue going to Auto Tek for years to come.
QUICK diagnosis and very fair price!
They were so nice, not pushy. they were matter of fact with what is going on with my car. They provide detailed explanations of everything with pics and go through the options
I’ve been taking my car here for years and the service is impeccable. They are very thorough, quick, and priced fair. Matt is so detailed and is so great with giving explanations with any issues.
I’d rather buy a car out of warranty so I can take it here instead of the dealership.
I am so very happy to share the great work that Auto Tek performs. My car sounded like an airplane! They fixed it and it’s great. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Keep you informed and even sends pictures along with urgent needs for your car and items that can be waitlisted. Your choice! They keep their word.…
This is the only place in Austin I’ll take my car and the only place I recommend to friends. Everyone at Autotek is so kind, trustworthy, transparent, knowledgeable, the list goes on - I’ve never felt so trusting of an auto place. Andreah has the sweetest demeanor - so grateful for the staff here!
I had an unexpected issue arise and needed to find shop quick. I am so glad I found and chose Auto Tek! Man, from getting a quote, talking with Aaron about the issues and requests, all the image documentation, and the follow-up was all a well oiled machine! Everything was explained clearly. No pressure to get more…
Matt was great, and we are scheduling more service for our other vehicles. Thanks!!
I’ve worked with AutoTek for many years now. Several different vehicles. The peace of mind I have knowing how exceptional the work is here far exceeds what ever reasonable rates I’ve ever paid for service. Always efficient and clear to understand. And a pleasure to communicate with. Thanks AutoTek!
LOVED LOVED LOVED the customer service I got here. I will be using them from here on!
I typically loathe having to take my car in for repairs due to bad experiences and having been overcharged in the past. I brought my car in for replacement of a serpentine belt and an oil change. I have never had a more pleasant experience with any other auto repair shop. The whole job cost me 1/5 what I had been…
I cannot say enough good things about Auto Tek. These guys are the most helpful, communicative, and honest mechanics I've ever used, hands down. Their prices are always fair, the work they do is outstanding, and they are just darn kind and friendly people. I highly and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in need!
I've used many different auto repair facilities in the past and this place is by far the best. Every single one of the folks there are knowledgeable, courteous, and extreme attentive to my needs every time I need one of vehicles repaired.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business! They take care of our cars wonderfully.... I have 3 daughters, one is an adult with autism. They are so sweet, kind, professional with them, and never ever take advantage of them. We don't trust anyone else!! I always recommend them to everyone! Thank you…
