Great work. Zach was great at explaining everything.
Auto Tech very helpful with follow up on an alignment issue. Turns out the car was only very slightly out of alignment. They pointed me in the direction of an issue with the front tires, which i will follow up on. Thanks for the advice.
Very professional. Easy to understand estimate. Great communication and fast service
Very nice experience, the front desk person was very pleasant and well informed. Put my worries to rest, made sure I knew what was going on with my truck. Would absolutely come to them again. Thanks for getting me back on the road safely. pj
I’ve been a customer for years and their staff always tells me straight what needs to be done and what’s a nice to have - compared to the dealerships which always say everything is urgent. They are thorough, personable and do a great job with repairs. I’ll definitely be bringing my cars here for many more years to come!
I had our 2016 Camry SE at 2 different shops prior to taking it into Auto Tek. Lesson learned the hard, and expensive, way! The first national shop just threw numerous parts on and never really completed a professional diagnostic check. The second shop rolled it onto the rack, lifted it, eyeballed it, and gave me a…
I’ve been bringing my cars to Auto Tek for almost 17 years.. I’m always satisfied! They really care and do great work!
Staff is friendly, work is professional and done well. Reasonably priced. I will be returning for continued service. I highly recommend.
Most professional automotive repair option in Austin, by a long shot.
Michael and team are great. Will be back.
The only mechanic I trust. They're a family owned business, know their customers well, and do the job right the first time. HIGHLY recommend Auto Tek!
Great service, fair prices. I’m glad I found this place.
As a young lady in college, it’s tough to find trustworthy auto repair that doesn’t make you feel unsafe or like you’re being scammed. Auto Tek has gone to every measure to ensure that I never feel either of those things. They are transparent, do great service, and are kind— I will continue to return to AutoTek for…
Personal, professional, detailed, on time.
Always personal, helpful, and honest with their diagnostics, even if it might be costly. Not to mention, once they repair an issue, it is no longer an issue. I have been going to Auto Tek for 10+ years and will continue going to Auto Tek for years to come.
No joke, this is the best mechanic experience ever. Better than the dealership. Better than the dudes on the corner by your house. (Unless those dudes are Auto Tek.) Communication was pristine. Documentation of my vehicle's issues INCLUDED photographs, so I could actually see with my own eyes the problems they…
They were so nice, not pushy. they were matter of fact with what is going on with my car. They provide detailed explanations of everything with pics and go through the options
I’d rather buy a car out of warranty so I can take it here instead of the dealership.
I can't explain how thrilled I am to have found this amazing locally run business. This is NEXT LEVEL customer service, professional auto repair and all at an affordable price! You have my heart Auto Tek! Bravo!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business! They take care of our cars wonderfully.... I have 3 daughters, one is an adult with autism. They are so sweet, kind, professional with them, and never ever take advantage of them. We don't trust anyone else!! I always recommend them to everyone! Thank you…
