The personnel were professional and respectful. The work was clearly explained and performed.
100% Transparent when it came to Repairs needed and Why they were needed. Friendly advice on future issues as well, but not pushy about getting them done. Great Experience all around
Friendly people, knowledgeable. Good diagnostics gave me confidence. We agreed the work scope. Quickly completed. Overall best experience I've had with auto service in Austin.
Great work, no sales pressure, polite staff. Brandon was patient, friendly, and able to explain things in layman's terms without making me feel dumb. Would definitely bring ot back for some other minor things to get done.
Awesome price and they fixed a to to bottom issue in a day. Would recommend
Awesome people who do the best work & service. They keep you informed of what is actually needed in service & repair. Just can't get any better!
Autotek is a great family owned shop. They make you feel well taken care of and the prices are right.
I appreciated the flexibility provided by the team and accommodating a last minute drop off. Great communication, transparency, and overall great work on the car. They were able to fix my MAF and explain other things needed for my car after further diagnostics. Will definitely return for regular maintenance.
Went above and beyond what was needed

Truly superior service! They communicate with me every step of the way, send me pictures/videos of what’s wrong, the progress of their work and their final product. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them!
Great service that was quick, and fixed the problems with my transmission.

As a young lady in college, it’s tough to find trustworthy auto repair that doesn’t make you feel unsafe or like you’re being scammed. Auto Tek has gone to every measure to ensure that I never feel either of those things. They are transparent, do great service, and are kind— I will continue to return to AutoTek for…
I've used Auto Tek over the years for a number of different car problems. I trust their work. They are professionals who know what they are doing and treat me fairly. I highly recommend them.
Matt and the team at AutoTek were professional, prompt, and easy to work with. It's the best place I've found in Austin to take my vehicle, and would not hesitate to strongly recommend it.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business! They take care of our cars wonderfully.... I have 3 daughters, one is an adult with autism. They are so sweet, kind, professional with them, and never ever take advantage of them. We don't trust anyone else!! I always recommend them to everyone! Thank you…
Very good shop, no b.s. don’t try and upsell you things you don’t need , as a matter of fact I am 2000 miles away right now but will be traveling home to ATX and am waiting until I get back to address some issues on my truck . I do not trust anyone else.
