Autohaus Social

The team here is fantastic and trustworthy. Did some significant work on my GTI and they were extremely reasonable about pricing given the amount of work that needed to be done. Also they were honest about things that my car needed vs things that could absolutely wait to have done so I didn't break the bank.… Read full review

They always do great work and make cost effective recommendations. I’ve been to other Audi mechanics over the last 15+ years and I can honestly say that Autohaus social is definitely the best. So happy they are walking distance from my house!

Autohaus Social was fantastic as usual. Honest, professional, efficient, affordable and kind. They provide pictures and videos so you can actually see any issues they find so you feel confident that the work they are suggesting is correct and honest. I will not take my Mercedes anywhere else. I bought a used Audi back in December, and almost immediately realized that it was in undriveable condition. I have been giving and sending business to these folks for several years. Top notch sales and technical team who know german autos. Its hard to find a reputable service shop, you can find that with Autohaus Social.

All the guys there are very nice and they have provided very fair quotes for all services needed on my Porsche Macan S. I have gotten quotes from other shops and Autohaus is the best. They are not cheap, but they do a great and compete job and I will continue to go back. I am very glad I found this place!

I live in Norcross and it was well worth the couple of Uber rides I took to bring my car in for work. Very much a pleasure to work with these folks. Brought my 2003 BMW Z4 E85 roadster in to retrofit (add) the "Sport" button. They did the ECU programming without a hitch. Also diagnosed and repaired an annoying… Read full review

I wouldn’t take my Audi anywhere else in Atlanta. Best use of technology by any mech shop, makes for easy and efficient communication and service approvals.

From the scheduling to the overall experience, these guys are top-notch. They are honest car enthusiasts and really care about your vehicle and your experience. Highly recommend! And it’s a social hangout where you can talk to other folks, grab a drink, and just hang out…whether you’re getting your vehicle serviced or not. Really cool concept!

The entire team was friendly and helpful. They were able to diagnose and solve a problem my BMW had that other shops had dismissed or treated as a non-issue. The team stayed in touch with me to keep me updated on the expected work, parts delivery, and overall timeline of the work. Highly recommend for any owners of German cars!

New to the Atlanta area and have been looking for a good shop to bring my GTI to and found Autohaus as a convenient option to the midtown area. The ENTIRE team at Autohaus Social were a great pleasure to deal with. In an effort to be ready for mountain driving, I had them do an overall inspection and mount/road force balance new tires. 6/28/22 Review Update: Took my Mini in again, several Indicators had lit up. Car was repaired in record time but when I picked it up the Check Engine light came on again. I pointed that out & Joseph reset it saying it may/may not be a problem that may need parts/repairs & to bring it back if it happens again.… Read full review

If the service I received on my ancient 2005 Beetle convertible (complete with leaking top) is any indication, these folks are complete professionals, with a business model that seems to include not only treating even little old lady types with courtesy, but also with respect. Took my Porsche Macaan to Autohaus yesterday and am very pleased with their professional service! I was getting a nagging tire sensor reading that I couldn't get to go away. Awesome group of professionals. Friendly service with high quality results. Confident that my Porsche is being handled by guys who know their stuff. Highly recommended.

The staff and the total experience is AMAZING!! I don’t even trust my family with my Porsche, but This place takes more than great care of me. The staff even knows your name when you walk in and gives you constant updates so you never have to worry.

If you’re looking for a good trust worthy mechanic this is the place. My car was in and out the next day, and communication from my service advisor was fantastic. I got an immediate response every time I called and the their online interface is extremely easy to use and very informative. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else.

Autohaus provides excellent service. Came in for a routine inspection and brakes. The team at Autohaus Social was A1. I brought my GTI in for a little work and they were prompt and courteous the entire time. Good group of people there! They even took care of a burnt out tail light and low tire pressure without even telling or charging me.

X1 owner, this is the only place I’ve taken my car. 5 star service and they are very communicative on expectations as far as timing. Had to be at a wedding next day and despite the parts arriving late they got me in and out in the same day! Great lounge to hang out in for smaller repairs, great atmosphere, you can… Read full review

Autohaus Social is GREAT! They've worked on 2012 Mini convertible for a few years now. Each time I have to take in everyone is very nice.
