Update: We had a competitor exchange the unit and it was the unit once again, not our car. If you have a Subaru DO NOT GO HERE! The brand, Viper, that this company uses isn't compatible with Subarus especially the push to starts. And again, the lack of communication or willingness to truly fix the problem by this merchant is truly appaling. I would not recommend them at all.

Maya, First and foremost, I am going to apologize for the missed call back. I see that you left a voicemail on 11/3. Our shop tech was out on PTO that day and it must have fallen through the cracks. This is inexcusable on our part. As for the hardware we use, in your case Viper by VOXXDEI, the manufacturer validates what is compatible and what is not, and I am showing both Key Start and Push to Start 2021 Crosstreks as a supported vehicle. I am going to be reaching out to you shortly to find a way to make this right with you. Update: Left a voicemail at what I believe is Alex's phone number. From when I first called, they were highly professional and had me come in the next day for a diagnostic appointment. In the time that I was there, they diagnosed what was wrong and quickly fixed the issue! Highly recommend this company, super professional and highly experienced! I will return in the future for sound system issues if needed!

You've got an idea of a sound system, security system, light system, and communications system for your ride. This place can tell you if it can be made real and make it happen. The building and shop don't stand out. In fact, you might go by it for years and never notice it. But I tell you they make dreams come true. In fact, they can tell you if your idea may or may not be possible at this time or with your system. Now this is the most important part about Automotive Specialty Systems, they stand for, in front of, beside, and behind their work. They do stuff I haven't thought of yet. It's not the outside of the building or shop, but the Specialty of this shop is to make your dream come true. Did I mention the outstanding work they do?
