Our new truck sat in the dealership service area for 2 months and the issue had not been resolved. We did reach a mutual decision which had the dealership buy back our 2026 truck and then sold us a new truck. This was a frustrating experience but in the end we are satisfied customers.

I just had my MDX in for an Oil change and tire rotation. I did have a reservation but that was lost. They were still able to get me in and out in about 1 hour and did not suggest a lot of additional needed work Price may have been slightly high but not by that much.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience trying to have my vehicle serviced at Acura. The listed service department hours state that it opens at 7:00 AM, so I scheduled a 7:00 AM appointment. However, when I arrived, the gates were still closed and no one was there. Once the gates finally opened, I still couldn’t get inside because all of the doors were locked.
Eventually, an employee from another department noticed me and came over to help. They discovered that my appointment had apparently been scheduled through Acura’s AI system, but I was never actually added to the service department’s schedule.Someone then had to be called in because they were not expecting me.
If Acura is going to offer AI scheduling, the system needs to actually communicate with the dealership and confirm that the appointment is on the books. Customers should not be allowed to schedule a 7:00 AM appointment, arrive on time, and find a closed dealership with no one expecting them—especially when the listed hours state that the service department opens at 7:00 AM. It was frustrating, inconvenient, and a very poor customer service experience, especially for a brand like Acura.
