I made an appointment on a Tuesday and have hot water about 48 hours later. The service was efficient, neat, and complete. I also chose a local business instead of Home Depot, which also means that the quality of the water heater is likely better. I would recommend this business.

A couple of punchlist items including one pipe issue where I did not have hot water for a few days. However, the person at the front desk, Regina, was extremely responsive once they realized there was an issue. They followed all city of Berkeley permitting requirements, and overall I'm very satisfied with the service. Would recommend.
