Customers frequently praise the company's punctual setup, clear communication, and wide selection of party equipment, including bounce houses, stages, and carnival games. However, several low-star reviews highlight issues with equipment cleanliness, missing parts, and inadequate staff supervision during events. Additionally, some clients reported negative experiences with refund policies and management responsiveness when addressing post-event concerns.

Shannon was awesome and really made our event so amazing. All our families at the school loved her! Thank you
Super easy to work with & communicate with! We loved our wedding dance floor - the team set up & tore down with no issues in a tight timeframe. Lots of options for rentals here too! 10/10 would rent & hire again!

First time planning a party for a very energetic, and now mobile toddler 😅 I’ve been trying to figure out what would be our best options for my soon-to-be 3 year old. I had no idea how many possibilities this company had to offer! Monica was so patient and helpful answering all my questions, and very thorough when…
Worked with Monica for prices for an event we intend to hold next year, she explained all items to me and that depending the size of the party they’d offer options to setup for me. This is a relief and I look forward to booking my tent tables and chairs for next year with your company
I wanted to book a magic show for my 7-year old grandson. Monica helped me to find a show that would fit my budget, and she was very nice and understanding about it. Thank you, Monica!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely AMAZING Service! A HUGE THANK YOU to Awesome Family Entertainment for coming through for us when we needed them most! We had a major event coming up, and unfortunately, our original stage failed at the last minute. We were in a serious bind, but Monica in Sales worked her magic! She went above and beyond to help us secure a replacement stage on extremely short notice. They were able to get the stage to us the very next morning and have everything delivered and set up in plenty of time for our event that afternoon. Talk about saving the day! 🙌🏽 The two gentlemen who delivered and set up the stage were also wonderful, professional, and incredibly helpful. From the first phone call to the final setup, everyone was friendly, responsive, and committed to making sure we were taken care of. Awesome Family Entertainment truly lived up to their name! When we were in a difficult situation, they didn't just provide a service — they provided a solution when we desperately needed one. Great BIG THANK YOU to Monica and the entire team! We appreciate you more than you know! I would 100% recommend Awesome Family Entertainment to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and exceptional service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you again for helping make our event a success! ❤️ Sherrie- Executive Director North YMCA Community Center
