To my surprise the shop was able to get me in first thing the next morning. AWS called me and gave me their preliminary…
They have an online appointment system that only gave me two available times which I gladly chose one. When I showed up for the appointment time the guy there was flabbergasted that I was dropping the car off for an appointment when they closed soon. As if I made the appointment slot available online for them.…
Absolutely one of the best automotive shops I have ever been too. They were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and made time for fixing my car and explained everything. I was very impressed and will definitely use AWS Automotive again!

Caleb, the owner and manager, is personable, straightforward, and professional. The AWS shop is capable, well organized, and efficient, with an excellent system of communication with the customer. We repaired the A/C system and the ABS/VSA Module. AWS did all the work, and I just paid a fair and reasonable price which I was happy to do. Thanks to Caleb and his men, my 2013 Honda Accord with 177K is going strong!

First time customer, where I called at the end of the day to see if AWS Automotive (AWS) could look into an improperly working fan motor on my son’s 2013 Mazda 3; I also asked for an oil change. To my surprise the shop was able to get me in first thing the next morning. AWS called me and gave me their preliminary estimate; which I agreed to. All work was completed as discussed and stayed at agreed price. Jason & Caleb provided great customer service. I definitely recommend AWS for your automotive repairs, if you value honesty and integrity in service. I will be back, for sure.

As if I made the appointment slot available online for them. Instead of apologizing or trying to find a solution he just rolled his eyes and asked for the key. I told him no thanks, I'll take it somewhere else. The place looks run down and wouldn't trust them with any car. Advance Auto just down the street is way better anyways and always super nice.

They were excellent! Great price. When something felt a little off when I got my car back they fixed the issue and didn’t charge me anything. Keep in mind this was a big job. They had to pull the whole engine. They rock!
Brought my 2001 Miata here for AC service and they were very professional and fast! I even called them on super short notice, the afternoon before, and they still got me in first thing the next morning. They got my AC checked, refrigerant topped off and didn’t try to pressure me into services I didn’t need. Now my AC blows ice cold!
